When I asked if they could tape it closed, I was told it would cost $1.50 for the tape. I politely asked if they could waive the charge since it was just a couple of small pieces of tape, but they declined and said they charge everyone the same. I ended up leaving and going to the UPS Store on Foothill near Ralphs, where they taped it for me at no charge without any hesitation. I understand businesses have policies, but this felt like poor customer service over something that would have taken just a few seconds. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like customer service wasn't a priority at this location and I will be telling my friends to avoid.

They've also printed a few pictures for me that needed to be on special paper. Everyone who helped me was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a project a few months back that needed to be printed on thicker paper, but I didn't know what it was called. I did my best to explain the type paper/material I wanted and they understood exactly what I needed. They even did measurements for me - I wanted the photo to look like a photo booth print, just bigger. It came out perfect!
