I am familiar with this brand's quality and fit. It is a "fan shirt" for a concert - so I wanted a feminine fit. What I picked up was unfortunately an XL in a different brand - it feels less quality that bella canvas, I'll have to get creative to make it fit how I imagined. I picked up on lunch in a rush and the concert is tomorrow. I'm gonna charge it to the game. A phone call asking for an alternative brand would have been appreciated. Secondly, there isnt really a nudge once complete. If I didn't call, there wasn't a way to know if it was ready for pick up. I work at a local org that need 300 shirts and I was hoping to use these folks but the communication needs just a bit of tweeking.

I told him that I needed to embroider three lab coats. He had me write on the form what I wanted then showed me the binder with fonts and thread colors. I told him that I wanted Garamond with royal blue thread then he typed it up on his software for me to proofread. He was able to adjust the spacing and it was perfect. Afterwards, he showed me on the lab coat of where it would be then decided to make the size from 4" to 3.5". He reassured me that the seamster will make it look good. I was planning to pay with a credit card but he would have to charge an extra 3% so I paid cash. The price was reasonable and he said the coats will be ready on Wednesday which is only three business days. I appreciate his patience and staying after hours to help me. I called four days later to confirm that the job was ready for pick up and it was. I told the lady what I was picking up and she knew exactly what I was talking about. The job they did was stunning! They do amazing work and provide great customer service. I am definitely a customer for life and I highly recommend this place.

Been using Harvey for 14 years and over the years we've become good friends but also this happened…read moreover the years: the inconsistency in price and customer service became unbearable! Horrible communications for someone who's proud of being in business for decades. Too many mistakes have happened and zero responsibility taken. After detecting typos in an artwork, emailed well in advance and asked for a different file to be printed. Of course, never any confirmation or acknowledgement is ever sent out, you always have to hope for the best. And in the end, wrong file was printed!!! A common size 11x17 half fold...I was advised to get 12x18 paper and cut it down to the desired size. Seems like extra work for something this common. I have attached photos. If you think this type of end result is acceptable you should go ahead and use their services. It's almost impossible to pay the same price for the same job twice. Something that was printed a few weeks ago for one price, is not 20% higher and all of a sudden the size that was printed perfectly fine last time is no longer possible to print so we have to change the size of the product entirely. Then I was sent a proof that was stretched. There is no way I can accept that so after going back and forth several time I was told to go find another printer to print my job. Thanks for wasting my time.
