My project is very small, only one shirt that I brought in myself with a design I edited myself. Other places either took days to respond, had incredibly high prices for the job, or their turn around time was literally a week. I emailed 1HR T Shirts with my idea, the PNG, and the time I would need it completed by, and they responded within a few hours! I brought it in that afternoon, and they had it ready in the next day!!! The design was perfectly accurate and exactly what I envisioned and affordable! What more can you ask for?

They charged $60 for a total of 4 additions (definitely better than other quotes), and estimated a 5 business day turnaround. When I got there, they kept their word and Jackie showed me the different flag and font options they had and sketched them, making it a lot easier for me to preview and decide whether to go forward. I paid upfront, and I got a message just 2 days later asking me to approve the placements and everything. Surprisingly, they finished it just one day after I approved it, even though they'd originally estimated a 4-day turnaround (including the weekend)! When I picked up the sash, I couldn't have been more pleased! Jackie's communication and friendliness really helped with my apprehension about possibly not getting what I'd envisioned.

I'm really disappointed in the quality of the T-shirt print I received from Custom Zone Print. The…read moreimage I originally provided was bright and vibrant, but the final product turned out extremely dark -- even in natural lighting. It looks nothing like the original image I submitted. When we discussed shirt color options, I mentioned not using white. He told me gray would "bleed through," but I was not given a clear explanation or shown any examples of what that would actually look like. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the entire print would come out this dark. What's confusing is that in his shop display, he has prints on black, red, and navy shirts -- and those images appear bright and close to their original quality. There were no examples displayed showing what "bleed through" looks like, which would have helped set expectations before I approved the order. When I expressed that I was unhappy with the result, instead of offering to reprint the design on a white shirt as a courtesy, I was told I would need to pay $20 for reprinting (though he said he wouldn't charge for the $5 shirts). As a disappointed customer, it felt frustrating to be asked to pay more to correct something I didn't fully understand would happen. I highly recommend anyone considering using this business to ask very detailed questions about how your image will appear on different shirt colors and request to see real examples beforehand. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning.

I needed 25 yard signs and wire stands. They had the order ready and delivered it to me by the end of the week. I later realized they had given me 5 extra signs as well. I'm not sure if that was on purpose or not but either way I really appreciated it and it was a pleasant surprise. The quality was amazing! They looked great even after being outside for over a month. I was scared the quality of my art was low resolution but it looked amazing once it was printed. Berj was so nice, helpful, and responsive! He was sloppy enough to not pay attention to her instructions on her first email and copied and pasted to his proof he created from the fax number, not the actual call number that was to be printed on the pens! I bet he will try and respond to this and justify his poor and unprofessional actions.
