I was able to pick up quickly. I was not able to criticize their printing bec my project was mostly black transfers. But they look great and looks almost like silkscreen. The shop is small and is at the end of an industrial street. You ring the bell and they just hand you your roll of transfers. The end. My only gripe is the price (it was 30-35% more expensive than an online competitor) but i guess I'm paying for the speed of completion and convenience of being local.

I didn't know much about heat transfers in the beginning but they helped walk me through the process step by step and make sure the project didn't have any issues. They allowed pick-up during off-hours in a convenient locker setup. I transferred the prints onto my team shirts with my heat press at home. I'd 100% use them again for another quick, efficient print project.

Otto was very quick to reply and easy to work with. He's extremely flexible with timing and was very accommodating to every single detail I asked. When we got the jerseys, we were satisfied with most of them, but I had concerns about a few. Otto agreed to look at them and "fix" them. He explained to me how sometimes the screen print might be a little bumpy because the surface of the jerseys were bumpy, but he'd apply more heat to fix my concerns anyways. I was probably being too particular but Otto obliged and helped me to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your screen printing needs.
