Amazing embroidery on sash

Amazing job!! So so fast ( same day) and I loved how my sash turned out. Fair price compared to book store.

Thankyou soo much Raul for making my embroidery experience smooth and easy. Love that this place isn't in Downtown Los Angeles and away from all the chaos of DTLA. There is a parking lot for the business so you do not have to worry about street parking. Raul understood the vision, fixed the embroidery I had on the scrubs previously and made my husbands medical scrubs look spectacular! I recommend this place 10/10

Had to find a new spot for embroidery, and I found this spot. It looks a little wild, but the quality of the work is good and the shop owner is friendly and pleasant. I'm really happy with the embroidery, it looks great and overall really affordable. The only thing is I dropped off my stuff around the time USC students were getting ready to graduate so I took a little longer because grad sash embroidery was in full swing so it took a little longer. If you need your stuff sooner make sure the expectations and date of completion is clear. Like anything in life good communication is key. I'll definitely be dropping off more of my scrubs in the future.

absolutely in love with my usc graduation sash from patsy's! raul and his team are so kind and accommodating, giving me recommendations for patch placement and new ideas. they are seriously experts in designing these graduation sashes since they're so familiar with what usc students typically adorn them with. quality and placement of all the embroidery was exactly how i wanted. they consistently followed up with me as they were designing the sash and digitizing my designs to ensure i was satisfied. make sure to send your mock-up early (ideally 3mo before graduation) and follow up since it gets really busy. they're very responsive over the phone, excellent customer service. very reasonable prices, especially compared to the usc bookstore. literally any design you want they are able to bring to life. they can also sew on patches, which is cheaper than getting a design embroidered. so convenient that it's located right on vermont within shryft. so glad i trusted them with my sash. support local businesses and choose patsy's!!!

Accommodated my late request during busy graduation season and even offered to stay late so I can pick it up after work. Loved that he showed me a preview before he embroidered because I did change fonts. Thank you

See that hole in the wall? There is a number-pad on the right side of the door and press #03 to get buzzed in

Had my USC graduation sash done here after hearing good reviews from friends so I decided to come here with my friend to get ours done. The place is a little hard to find because you have to get access for the building (press #03 on the door) thing in order to go into the building (then walk straight into the place). The lady who works here was really nice and patient even though my friend and I were so indecisive. She asks for your major and pulls out designs based on your major (ex. Marshall School of Business, Leventhal School of Accounting, etc) and also typical USC logos like the USC seal & the Trojan Head (they have pre-made designs for USC themed things). Then she asks you for the logo/words you want and the area on the sash that you want it. She also pulls out examples that she previously completed so that you can have an idea of what it will look like when completed. I finally got my sash back today and they look great! Although it did take longer than I expected because they had so many orders going on (because everyone is a procrastinator), but the man I spoke to on the phone was really nice even though I probably called 3 times asking when it could be done and could it be faster. Overall, it took 6 business days to be completed (5/3-5/13 after I asked for rush service) but it takes about 10 business days for normal service (Lengths of time are for sashes nearing graduation, not for normal embroidering during normal days). For my sash, I got Tommy Trojan head, Fight On!, my name, Marshall School of Business & the USC seal done for $75... Now I kind of realized I got ripped off compared to my other friends because they got the same designs done here for around $50-60... was it because I wanted to rush the order?? Overall, my sash looks great and I'm happy I got it done here, but as a tip for others, don't be a procrastinator and get your sash done ASAP because it will take longer the closer you get to graduation because everyone is rushing to get theirs done and you might be charged much more if you want to rush your order...

Raul was so sweet and amazing! He helped me over the phone with pricing & right away you can tell he was a genuine man. The actually embroidery was awesome! The color of the thread matched up exactly, and the actually alignment and finish was done great. My only negative was that his assistant said she was not going to sew over the backs of the pockets (behind the sash there are 2 small packets/ one on either side) so that was a little bleh, but because the overall look was so beautiful, it doesn't even matter! I was actually able to get my sash by the next morning, but he was willing and able to have it done the same day. A tip though- he is located in the USC area so I'm assuming that's the majority of his clientele. I am UCLA grad, so going almost a full month later I could tell they were much more relaxed and didn't have a work load so that could have also played into it. If I remember to take better pics of the sash, I will update but here's a pic of one side. I had the UCLA emblem embroidered above! - Thanks Raul, you made my sash look so beautiful and elegant.

Yeah asynchronous pricing at its best. Not in the digital age.

Man I feel really bad leaving this review because there are probably some honest people working at Patsy's and they will lose business because of this, but Raul, the boss there, was acting pretty unprofessional in this instance. I went to him to get my graduation sash embroidered and we go through this long negotiation process where he uses salesman tactics to reassure you that you're getting a "discount". Of course I have my own facebook group that also went to him individually and we compare prices and turns out he'll use asynchronous pricing in order to get the most profit out of you. He charged differently per logo and tried to charge me extra if I wanted the logo's spaced out vertically instead of clustered up within a certain circumference(for another friend of mine, he did not even mention the spacing charge). So I confronted him about this, and instead of renegotiating or telling me why the prices had to go up (lets say more demand, so surge pricing) he kept assuring me that I got a discount and started breaking down the deal I got. Of course i don't care because I got ripped off in the first place. Then he tells me to go away because he doesn't care if he loses one customer. I feel like this guy tries to be nice only to get the money from people, but as soon as he's against the wall he was a bit of an.... Either way I'll throw this place a lifeline and give them two conditions in which I can still recommend: 1.) don't care about the asynchronous pricing, hectic timeline, and inconsistent service from Raul. If you just need a good customized sash(can vouch the product is good) and need it from a place close to school. 2.) Wait until they have standardized pricing with a website showing which logos they do for what price, or they will be tempted to try rip you off until then. I heard a bunch of friends say that Lana's embroidery was cheaper and better, so look them up.

25 lb wreck bag. I taped the embroidery onto it and use it to promote my business as I exercise within Los Angeles

Instead…read moreof addressing the issues and how they damage hundreds of dollars worth of my hoodies with their careless employees, they ask yelp to remove my review. So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

Great job with my patches. Wish they did a discount for schools. But still great work.read more
