Sky Sportswear did the job for 1/2 the price and twice as fast as our local West La embroidery shop. Even shipped the order next day once completed! Hello, My name is…read moreEddie Hernandez Jr., and I stopped by your location today from Pico Rivera hoping to get guidance on bringing a design idea to life. I want to be honest about my experience--not out of anger, but out of frustration and a desire to be understood. I came in explaining that I'm new to this process. I don't have technical knowledge, I don't know formats, and I'm still learning. What I do have is an idea and the drive to turn it into something real. When I was turned away because I didn't have my design in the correct format, it felt discouraging--especially after I had already explained that I'm starting from scratch and was looking for help, not just a service. I'm not expecting everything to be done for me, but I was hoping for some level of guidance or direction--something that could help someone like me take the next step forward instead of feeling shut out. This isn't just about today--it's something I've experienced often: being judged or overlooked before I even get the chance to grow or learn. I'm working hard to break that cycle. If your business offers any type of beginner guidance, design assistance, or even a direction I could take to come back better prepared, I would genuinely appreciate it. Thank you for your time, and I hope there's an opportunity to approach this again in a better way. Sincerely, Eddie Hernandez Jr.

There was a time when Broadway looked like it was going to be the next big shopping destination:…read morehip stores were opening, followed by big-name retailers. There were even rumors of high-end luxury corporations like Chanel, LVMH, and Kering eyeing property. But then L.A. descended into madness -- first the homeless swept over Downtown's streets like a zombie horde, then two years of pandemic kabuki finished off any remaining remnants of the Downtown revival. Theory, COS, and Gap shuttered, while planned stores by Kiehl's and Incase soon found themselves canceled. A.P.C., Acne Studios, and Paul Smith have finally closed, and the clock is likely ticking on Aēsop, Mykita, and Gentle Monster. Into this bleak retail landscape, Adidas has actually opened a new store -- a flagship boutique for its Adidas Originals line at the corner of Broadway and Eighth. Adidas Originals is the retro-inspired streetwear line bearing the trefoil logo known from the 1970s; this is not the athletics line of performance sportswear. Well-known styles offered here include the Gazelle, Superstar, Samba, and Stan Smith. Clothing and accessories are also carried here, much of it trimmed in those unmistakable three stripes. One's reaction will likely depend on one's sportswear allegiances; I've been firmly on Team Adidas for decades, not much of a fan of their big competitor Nike (or their cross-town Dassler family rival, Puma). The store is stylish but not tacky. The sales associates are helpful but not too pushy. And there was a sale on certain styles, so I actually bought a new pair of shoes. They're going to have some sort of vault with rare, limited items only for "level four and higher" customers, whatever that means, but it's supposedly not up yet. Or at least that's what my level zero self was told. The one market segment that's still thriving in Downtown is sneakers, so it's nice to see the area get a cool new store while most everything else is bailing for the other side of La Cienega.

Customer service must have been kidnapped because they won't respond to emails or phone calls. I would rate them but obviously can't even give them a score since I don't think they actually have a customer service. Very disappointing. I initially reached out because I wanted to add items to my purchase order. Still waiting on a response that I feel isn't coming. To be clear this was an on line order. If u can walk in to an actual store I'm sure they are fine. If you are ordering on line I would avoid.

I am in North Orange County... Cypress area. I called your closest location in Long Beach and the gentleman on the phone helped me greatly find this specific pair of shoes for my son!!! We had to have these exact shoes because he had them before, and they did not hurt his knee injury like the new Nike's did that I returned to the Nike store. New shoe models aren't necessarily better. The gentleman on the phone helped me find the one pair that the system said, was in stock and explained where it was and how the shipping worked.... Ironically, the one pair of shoes we needed was all the way up in Northridge or something like that. He went above and beyond on the phone with me. Because of that I was able to order them online and have them shipped and I knew exactly what to expect. If the services is good on the phone, I can't wait to go to the store sometime!!! I will try you out and thank you!
