However, it's when Ash is not there and Shawn takes over it's like WTF, he's definitely not a kid's coach, there's no fun in his bones, he's very serious, yells a lot but he seems to drive the kids and demands a lot. Anyway, my son enjoys his sessions with Ash, and if he ever shows potential then Shawn is the guy we'd come looking for, but for now I just want him to have fun and compete.

This male player was overly aggressive (verbally and physically) to other players, especially female. Sofive did not respond or acknowledge the complaint. This player is still out playing and continues to act like its do or die out there. Do better sofive and protect your players, you know this isn't the first time you've had a complaint against him.
