For starters, I definitely appreciate them taking the time to reach out to me to get some more info on why were disappointed the first time around. They listened to what we had to say and were receptive to the feedback. Looking back, the biggest issue we had with the tournaments had been the inconsistency with the officiating from field to field. Totally understanding that officials will miss calls, and also that no matter what call is/isn't made at least one team will get upset, but the main issue we had was different officials going by a different rule set in the same tournament. Now that I understand a bit more of their normal day-to-day rules and why there can be some confusion for the refs for some specific tournaments that may have slightly different rules, I can see where things can get mixed up. Like any league, we've had some really good refs and some pretty poor ones, but I appreciate the efforts I've seen the Goals team make to address issues as they arose. So that being said, in terms of the staff and the fields on the other hand we've had increasingly positive experiences with them which is why I wanted to come back here and update my initial review.

However, it's when Ash is not there and Shawn takes over it's like WTF, he's definitely not a kid's coach, there's no fun in his bones, he's very serious, yells a lot but he seems to drive the kids and demands a lot. Anyway, my son enjoys his sessions with Ash, and if he ever shows potential then Shawn is the guy we'd come looking for, but for now I just want him to have fun and compete.

Nice looking park with soccer fields, but they don't often turn the lights on for the soccer…read morefields. Kids who normally play on the field say "they usually forget" to turn on the lights. It's the biggest reason teens and adults go to the park to begin with. It's a pretty big inconvenience for those of us who ca only show up in the evening after work. We've been playing in the dark for maybe an hour now, well, trying to play, we can't really see.

If you're a soccer fanatic, then you will definitely love the new synthetic field they have here…read more It's a cool place to come shoot around & get condition. Especially at night, all you see is a bunch of soccer players training, hanging out, & trying to catch a game. The earlier you come, the more likely you'll be able to get the field when it's lonely.
