We love this place and how spacious it is. My son loves checking out their books and their video…read moreroom where the kiddos can play video games or games from the projector. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Hello To whom this may concern,…read moreI was with my granddaughter at your location on Saturday May 9th. Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

I smell like a barnyard? Of course, because I was feeding goats & sheep at Barnyard Buddies…read more For $6 admission (at the time)(Groupon deals, as well), visitors to Barnyard Buddies can feed goats & sheep, and pet various animals. Buying a medium sized container of feed was more than enough, IMHO. Visitors are required to feed only the goats & sheep from the other side of the enclosure. Without feed, visitors can enter the closure & pet/brush the animals. Besides the goats & sheep, there are 2 pigs, chickens, and in a separate enclosure, emus & a cow. No access allowed to those, however. Pony rides are an option for little kids. The ride is around an oval track. There is also a playground area to burn up some energy. A few handwashing stations on premises to stay hygienic during your visit. Barnyard Buddies is an accessible nearby barnyard experience. I was lucky enough to grow up around chickens, so I'm not new to livestock. It's my firm belief kids should be around animals, and know where their food comes from, whether it be eggs, milk and/or meat. While not a place I'd recommend traveling large distances to visit, for those nearby or whom happen to be in the area, Barnyard Buddies is a wonderful opportunity to feed enthusiastically hungry goats & sheep, and brush plump piggies. Highly recommend!

The vibe has always been off, Yet I found myself here again because my lil one begged me! Upon entering, the establishment was empty. maybe after 20 minutes the owner of the establishment comes in with her grandchildren, or the grandchildren came first and Grandma followed a little after anyways prior to all this my son was the only one here. My boy is on the spectrum and Got overly excited once he seen other children. The kids who came got to playing immediately and there was one boy in particular who entered a jumper with I assume his little sister, and my son followed right after as soon as my son got in the the little boy stared at him grabbed his little sister and got out. The way that boy looked at my son like he was a disease was sickening. My son asked him if he wanted to play and he kept walking away from him, not giving him an answer I know he's not obligated too but damn say something! My son was following Him around mind you he's five years old but has the mind of a child much smaller, he is developmentally delayed he could have simply said no But instead, he continued to ignore my son and run away from him. My son was sad and asked him. "Why do you keep running away from me" I couldn't bare to see him treat my son like he was! So I picked up my son and left, perhaps grandma and grandpa can teach their grandchildren to play nice with other kids and that not all kids are "normal" like them we were there for like 30 min for a 2 hour jump slot ‍ I hope this shitty place needed my $20 more then I did

It's pretty large and with decent seating and lots of room for setting up food and a gift/cake table. It comfortably fit our group of roughly 50 adults and 20 kids. Restrooms are gender-neutral and they provide sandals to wear inside. Parking was pretty easy since it's adjacent to a large plaza. Overall, this spot is fun and great for kids!

Unfortunately, it's disappointing to see that the playground hasn't really been updated or improved over that time. Many of the play areas look exactly the same, and it would be nice to see some new equipment or renovations to keep the experience fresh for returning families. Another concern is safety. The facility doesn't require grip socks, and they don't even sell them on-site. Grip socks are important in indoor playgrounds because the floors and play structures can become slippery, increasing the risk of slips and falls. Implementing a grip sock policy would be a simple way to help keep kids safer. My son still enjoys coming here, but after so many years, I hope the owners invest in updating the facility and improving safety standards.
