These instructors are young, mostly high-school students who have different styles and don't really have a lesson plan for each child. They don't really care because it's not like they'll be teaching the same child again. Like, how would you know what they're working on when there's a different person every week and they all have different styles of swimming?!?! The lanes are shared by 5 people (x2) so they're bumping into each other. It's crowded, and again no direction. This place uses the Cerritos College aquatic pool and you have to pay for parking. This place sucks! My kids didn't learn anything new. Stay away from this place! Go somewhere else.

Last month they started pushing my buttons and today they terminated my daughter's contract because I spoke out to Fay Zabecki (owner) on how I found it distasteful that she posted mean things on her private FB account. It's sad because if they had people skills they'd be more successful and would have so many athletes join and actually stay in the program. The turf seems well maintained in my opinion and the kids had a great time. We played on field#3 and like that the session is recorded, which you can review the games/play. I believe it takes a couple hours or next day to view, but once it's available I'll be able to show my son. Would recommend to trying this place out.

I've hesitated a lot to post but as I've been coming almost everyday or having a monthly membership it seems like I MUST due to some lacking of how the business is being run. 1. The staff/ employees are not attentive to running the business hours. They are nice but they do not pay attention to the customers. There will be days where the devices like the carousel is not plugged in to start the day when it's past the opening time. I would ask couple of times on different days letting them know it's not plugged in. (My husband also had gone couple times told me the carousel was not plugged in). Not only the carousel but the arcade for Mario Kart would not be set up where I would call up an employee and ask them about it to set up so the kids not just my child can play ready to go. When a business opens the place should be ready to go for the customers but it would be funny that the customer would have to ask to have the things ready. I am surprised and frustrated because I'm like wondering why isn't the carousel working? Is it broken? No it was just not plugged in ready to go. Why would the business be opened if it's not ready for its customers to use their equipment? I've seen sadly that the employees are just having fun amongst themselves talking in the front but they don't pay attention to the customers wanting to purchase food or drinks or snacks where they have to then just go to the front. I've seen some parents calling the staff for attention but they're not answering where they end up walking to the front. Seeing that is very frustrating because the employees are not doing their job. They don't watch our kids but at least pay attention to the customers trying to purchase one of their own goods. 2. The cleanliness IS NOT MAINTAINED.. This week my mother in law went to play pie and told me she had killed a roach near the car carousel. I'm so sad and disgusted to hear this. I don't know how the facility is being taken care of or how often but this explains a lot. I'm very disappointed to hear this because my child loves to come here but seeing some things on how the business is run makes me feel lack of trust, worries and not safe environment.
