I've never seen a business go above and beyond and meet customers in the middle ground like that so it really meant a lot to me. We came back again in March again and service was significantly better. They were very attentive and were very helpful with showing us how to work the machines. There are a lot of different play modes but putting is one of my faves because I suck at swinging. The private rooms are really cool's because you can sing & swing at the same time!! The best of both worlds if u have friends that don't really golf but wanna hang c: Food here is bomb!! lowkey better than a lot of pocha spots. I had heard that this gym allowed ages 8+ with parent supervision. Whatever the case maybe, no way to greet a potential customer. Automatic turn off. I respect the rules, but the next time I went, I saw a ton of kids walking the floor. What gives? My kids are almost teens! This alone swayed me away from becoming a member. It turns out the manager was the manager for this location, which is shocking to me. It must trickle down to the staff, they were not very friendly, knowledgeable of the membership options and the pricing did not appeal to me one bit. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The first time I stepped into the gym, it was just for a tour--no workout, just a walk-through. The second time, I actually worked out and took a yoga class. That's when things went downhill. I was immediately accused by the manager of trying to use a guest pass multiple times, which was completely inaccurate. The day I came in for the class was the first time I actually used the gym. Not only was the accusation frustrating and unprofessional, but the tone and approach made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. To add to that, the sales tactics were way too aggressive. After one class, I was already being pushed to sign up. If I have a 3-day guest pass, let me use it--all three days--before pressuring me into making a decision. That's the whole point of offering a trial period. Between the poor handling by management and the rushed sales pressure, it's clear this location prioritizes numbers over experience.
