It's the biggest reason teens and adults go to the park to begin with. It's a pretty big inconvenience for those of us who ca only show up in the evening after work. We've been playing in the dark for maybe an hour now, well, trying to play, we can't really see.

After a spending some more time at Goals and getting to know the staff there a little better I…read morewanted to write an update to my first review. For starters, I definitely appreciate them taking the time to reach out to me to get some more info on why were disappointed the first time around. They listened to what we had to say and were receptive to the feedback. Looking back, the biggest issue we had with the tournaments had been the inconsistency with the officiating from field to field. Totally understanding that officials will miss calls, and also that no matter what call is/isn't made at least one team will get upset, but the main issue we had was different officials going by a different rule set in the same tournament. Now that I understand a bit more of their normal day-to-day rules and why there can be some confusion for the refs for some specific tournaments that may have slightly different rules, I can see where things can get mixed up. Like any league, we've had some really good refs and some pretty poor ones, but I appreciate the efforts I've seen the Goals team make to address issues as they arose. So that being said, in terms of the staff and the fields on the other hand we've had increasingly positive experiences with them which is why I wanted to come back here and update my initial review.

His training is demanding and rigorous and if your player is looking to improve their game then he is one of the best in SoCal. Unfortunately due to our schedule change, my daughter had to schedule with a different coach in the area, and after two sessions she said, "They aren't Jayro and wanted to go back". Needless to say, we are back with him and couldn't be happier as she looks forward to her training session every week. For the review that said he has no experience with kids, I would disagree. Jayro has not only been there during the good games, but he has coached our daughter mentally during some of the struggles that come with playing ECNL level soccer. We can't thank Jayro enough for the development and mentorship he has provided our daughter during her soccer journey. THANK YOU!!
