I was immediately greeted at the door by the owner, Jeanie (so sorry if this is spelled wrong!), who could not have been sweeter, more patient or more helpful. I am a VERY picky shopper, and Jeanie helped me pick out four beautiful dresses to try on. I loved them all for different reasons, but one was a stand out option to me. I was not sure if I wanted to buy the dress, as it was a bit more expensive than my current budget, so Jeanie and a sales associated helped me take pictures of myself in the dress so I could go home and decide if I wanted to come back for it. This store has an amazing range of trendy, comfy, classic and feminine clothes. They also have accessories like hats, bags, shoes and jewelery. You can find pretty much anything here- work clothes, lounge clothes, a flirty outfit for a night out, a wedding guest dress, and even cute trinkets or jewelry for a birthday gift. Although I did not end up purchasing the dress for this wedding, I will definitely be back soon with my friends. I bet this store will have so many amazing gift options around Christmas time!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at J.Crew Factory in Brea thanks to Keith!…read more I came in looking for white summer pants for an upcoming vacation and wasn't sure where to start. Keith immediately jumped in to help, bringing me multiple styles and sizes to try on. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Because of his friendly approach, I felt comfortable trying on items I normally wouldn't have considered. With Keith's help, I ended up building a beautiful summer vacation capsule wardrobe. I also found out both a teacher and healthcare professional, I qualified for an additional 15% discount, which I greatly appreciated. The best part is that this shopping trip inspired me to go home and completely clean out my closet. I donated four large bags of clothing and, with just a few carefully selected pieces from J.Crew Factory (and a few items from Nordstrom Rack and some from my closet), I was able to create 42 summer outfits from only 7 tops and 6 bottoms! Keith's customer service went far beyond helping me find a pair of pants. He made the shopping experience enjoyable, helped me discover a new favorite store, and gave me the confidence to build a wardrobe that truly works for me. This brand always gives me major '90s throwback vibes, which I appreciate. The store itself is very clean, items well stocked and well-organized, with plenty of space to browse. There were only a couple other customers inside. That said, the staff were chit-chatting and didn't seem particularly engaged to acknowledge you as you walk by which put a bit of a damper on the experience. (FYI - I like to be left alone when I'm browsing, but a courtesy hello would be nice when you come in). I wandered around for a while but didn't find anything that stood out enough to buy --- the sale wasn't a wow-factor...even with 60% off clearance. Overall, it's nice to have this store here, but my visit felt a little underwhelming. Maybe need to try again for Black Friday!

It's absolutely nice with lots of cutesy fun clothing vibe & decor. The associates were all so friendly. Assisting myself and my girlfriend sizes of jeans to try on: The Boutique has some unique pieces for some nice quality items. Front of Boutique shop, next to Dominos Pizza & The Wild Artichoke restaurant. In the Yorba Ranch plaza. Parking may be a little bit difficult to find since it's a pretty busy plaza. My girlfriend that i brought here, couldn't resist on shopping here wants to return and I'll definitely be returning too with her next month. If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. Zara corporate needs to take a hard look at the Brea location because the current staff is driving loyal customers away for good. I will never spend another dime here.

Mind you I came in with a full bag filed with clothes, you're telling me not ONE piece was taken? That's complete bs and I know it was done on purpose because of the girl and her attitude. I was really shocked so I just said "oh really?, ok" and left. This was the first time I've ever been declined of selling my clothes, and I used to come here for years... I didn't even want to donate the clothes there like I usually have done in the past, went instead to Goodwill where I know my clothes will be much more appreciated. Drove 14 minutes out to Buffalo Exchange in Fullerton and immediately got better customer service with friendly employees. Sold a few of my clothes as well. So save yourself the hassle, drive a few minutes out to Fullerton and sell your clothes there.

Their price may be moderate high, but unique and good quality. Now the entire store is having holiday sale which - 20% off for everything and 30% off for accessories.
