I visited Lululemon outlet store and had a wonderful experience. I used a gift card to purchase a pair of workout pants for $59 -- a great deal -- and was fortunate to find my size. Please know that there are no returns so please buy knowing that. I want to give special recognition to Katelin, who helped me and checked me out. She was incredibly helpful and had an infectious positive attitude. She even noticed I was a Lakers fan don't know how struck up a great conversation -- that kind of natural small talk is a true gift. While I was waiting in line, she proactively recommended a buy-one-get-one promotion on a workout bra to another customer -- going above and beyond without being asked. That kind of genuine, attentive customer service is rare these days. Katelin, you will go far in life. Keep that positivity! read more

This is a fairly large store located at the Citadel Outlets. The selection of clothing for men, women, and children is extensive. Prices are moderate, but the quality of the merchandise appears good. You get what you pay for, right? The four employees I met during my visit were polite, helpful, and friendly. This store needs more people like Kaitlyn! Her customer service was so great for being attentive, helpful with advice, and did just the right amount of checking in without hovering. If tipping was a thing in this department she'd probably make bank if she's like this with all customers. Hapily purchased my items at 20:18pm Unfortunately, on the other end of the spectrum was another person, didn't catch her name but she's around the same height as Kaitlyn who has a long ponytail. Her energy was meh and she seemed curt. Hopefully she's not usually like that because it put a damper in my shopping experience and may scare off other customers as well. My mom needed another size and the response she got made her almost left not bothering buying anything. They had great selection if the items in all color and sizes. Lil bit over priced for being in outlet! The service was ok but they were understaffed so if you had any questions or wanted to check the price good luck to you. They were busy. Its always a big question for me why businesses or Store managers or etc for keeping their KPI high ruin their customer experience in their store and putting lot of pressure on employees! Service is usually very friendly. The store is organized. There are unfortunately/ fortunately no returns/ refunds which speeds up the purchasing process. The sales are hit or miss. The selection is a hit or miss. Every blue moon, I can find running tights for 1/3rd the retail price, but it is super rare. The colors are a bit wild for a millennial and finding neutral dark solids can be difficult. The 2 negatives I have- 1- not a full recognition of health care providers for the discount 2- on a rare occasion, you're going to deal with a bad employee. Today, I was told to wait while the employee folded pants at the register as though I shouldn't just walk up to the register while holding 5 pairs of pants. I quickly removed my items from the counter and then I was reassured I could stay after. Ok, so why are you hanging at the register-- aren't you supposed to help your customer check out or should you be folding those pants elsewhere? Some people aren't meant to work retail. read more

If you have been following, I have been shopping for a second pair of shorts. The last pair I bought out here, I was not 100% satisfied. So I hope I will like this pair more; I will update you when I wear them out this summer. :) Quality/Quantity - Shorts - 5", my wife amazingly did NOT say it was too short. My other pairs are 9". Reread my Lululemon San Clemente Yelp review. Please have your designers create V neck T shirts! Atmosphere - Pop-up, still... It has been a few years right...? 3+ years...? I just happened to be wearing my Lululemon sweatshirt from Australia that supports men's mental and physical health and the cashier complimented the shirt. FYI - 1 bag per person. Is this new? I guess high demand? See picture. Price - $56. Expensive, but that is the cost for quality. Currently one of my favorite brands. US quality is better than Australia's and New Zealand's; just an FYI. I will probably not buy this brand overseas again. Umm... the fitting rooms could use some love. No other Lulu I've been in has fitting rooms that need to be unlocked with a key. That seems very unlike the Lululemon brand. And seems a bit... like a discount chain department store, not an outlet version of an athleisure brand. It was very weird. And cement benches in the fitting rooms? Yeah... no... Put some love into the space, Lulu. Store is about the size of a mall location - not a high-volume-sized store. Convenient parking right out front. I ended up getting one of the bobble beanies and a shirt. Right now at time of writing, a lot of the outlet / markdown attire is neon coloured, which really isn't my thing. But! Of course, you know I had to check it out. Kuz you never know what you will find on mark down. If you're into Lululemon, you'll know what I'm talking about! I went with my mom on probably the worst weekend ever to shop - Memorial Day weekend. The whole outlet was crazy busy. Lucky us though, there were only 2 people in front of us waiting to get in! If I remember right this was a little after 1 pm. I ended up purchasing a hoody & am happy with the purchase. However, this isn't my first time at a Lululemon outlet, & I gotta say for it being Memorial Day weekend, the store had crappy specials. Usually how the Lulu outlets work, is each store runs its own individual specials. For example in Cabazon, the whole store can be $89 and under. When we went, there were no store special. Lame. The reason for my 3 star rating is that the inventory wasn't great for size 6 (which is what I wear). Hoping this outlet does stay permanently. The Citadel seems like it's getting better so I'm happy to see they are testing this location for a permanent store. read more

This is one of our new favorite stores! It's got the cutest skirts! I saw some people walking around in these skirts at the theme parks and had to have a pair! So we hit up ever Lululemon we came across until we found what we wanted. It had a bunch of cute options and we will definitely keep an eye out for new stuff from here! read more

My family and I were affected by the fires and were staying around the area at a Airbnb and heard lululemon was giving 200$ store credit for people who were affected by the fires. when we decided to check out they said they can only offer 75% and they need a form of identity some of us did not have id's due to the fire and the ones that did they said they can only pick out 1 thing. They proceeded to say why didn't we go to the one closer to our home when we told her we don't want to drive closer to home when we got a Airbnb closer to this one. The store manager was rude and cruel and has no remorse for the people that were affected by these fires. She didn't even get me a bag for my item. read more

I would really like this location based on the selection but it would help if staff would stop following me around and asking me every minute if I need help or if I'm going to try on something. I do like when staff checks up on customers but not when they make you feel like you're a thief. So, thrilled to see a pop up store. The first time I attempted to come here around the holidays. It was pretty early too around 10am/Saturday. I put my name on the queue and went in the New Balance line. By the time I came out of the store (about an hour plus later), I was still position 21 and they were only on number 8. It was over a 3 hour wait. Never mind! I finally got in! I came to the Citadel to return a gift at another store. I decided to come after work on weekday because I hate lines! I got to Lululemon about 7:30pm on Wednesday. I walked up and ask the guy can I just walk right in. He said yes. I asked no queue? Nope! They had sale racks: * Tanks $19 * Pants $39 - $49 And other misc things. I just had to look at the tags and read the signs to see if the items were on sale. Floor sales staff were helpful. I was asked about 2 times. All other items were about the price as if you were looking in the clearance section at a regular store or online sale. I spoke to the cashier and ask how long will the Pop up be around he said Oct 2021 (just like San Clemente) and it maybe extended. I mentioned that I was surprised not to stand in line. He said it's pretty slow on weekdays after 3pm. I said but on weekends your queues are crazy! Bottom-line, it is best to shop weekdays after 3pm. Oh the first time I went, I did see a lady buy a pair of pants. I guess she knew the size and style. She didn't walk in the associate grabbed the item showed it to her and they scanned her credit card outside. I can't do that. I need to look and feel. read more

Would not shop here. I purchased a pair of pants for my husband. When the sales associate was helping me, she told me they don't have his size but a size bigger. I told her I'll let him try it and take it back if it's too big. Later I went back to return it because it didn't fit and they told me they don't take refunds, just exchanges but they still didn't have his size. I told them no one said I couldn't return the item and the person who helped me last time knew we were trying this size to see it fit. They were rude and said the receipt says no returns. Of course they put it on the receipt, after the fact that you purchase it. No one tells you it's non-refundable! Will not be shopping at Lululemon. Horrible customer service! read more

This Lululemon has been awesome. The staff is very courteous. We've been here 5 times because of the staff professionalism, its proximity, the good deals and the safety protocols. At first, I was a bit confused by the waiting app- but I figured it out and find the associates to be very helpful. They have great deals and I will absolutely keep coming back. Do not even attempt to come here, they have a virtual wait list. You get a text when your next in line, saying you have 15 minutes to show up. Then you have to wait another 20 minutes to go inside. They only allow 10 people at a time including employees! No one else at citadel does this. The discount is about $15 off. They only have cropped pants, not full length. Prices are not consistent be careful when checking out. I had to correct the cashier twice because the sticker did not match what she rung me up as. Got home to notice the 3rd item was overcharged so now I need to go back. I understand that not all outlets are going to have the same prices, I found many items more expensive at this location. The wait was also horrible, I put my name down, they called me and then I waited another 15 minutes in front of the door. Logistics are not yet there. I love coming to this location! They have a great selection and staff is so nice. I've come to this location several times since it's opened and each time I'm so pleased with the experience.
