Since I couldn't focus on the map (I really needed to go!!!) I decided to just stop here and ask where the restrooms are. I was given specific instructions and found one around the corner from here. Hubbers and I decided to come back to see what goodies they had to offer. I will admit that they're very pricey for our taste but that didn't matter - they didn't have anything we liked. So why the 5 stars? Because the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They treated us like we just bought the entire store. They even offered us free beverage while we shopped, whether it's at their store or not. Who does that! So kudos to the staff! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed in your store!

Walked out with some great clothes, and must say Fabrizio's energy made the whole experience that much better. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I'll absolutely be coming back. Thanks again, Fabrizio.

Felix explained that what I was seeing was returns, they don't actually keep maternity jeans in stock. I was really disappointed but then he offered to grab some choices for me to try on so I can find something I like!! I ended up trying on 8 pairs of pants and buying 2 from the store, then ordering one online. It was such a good feeling to wear jeans instead of leggings! I really hope H&M knows what a great employee they have in Felix. He was kind, courteous, and truly went above and beyond, digging through boxes in the back for me. I will definitely be back to this location for future clothing needs

The staff does a good job keeping it clean and organized. The return process can be very slow and cause a backup in the lines -- as a former Gap employee (which uses the same point-of-sale software as Old Navy), I can confidently tell you this is rarely the employees' fault, but due to a horribly outdated system that's more finicky than it should be. Be patient with the employees who have to deal with it (and shout-out to the very patient and kind employee who was helping the absolute Karen next to us). Lots of parking to be found here too!

And, they offer a lot of clothing both for the adults and for children. In fact, they have a very large children section. Probably the largest children section of all of the Old Navy's that I can think of. So, if you're a parent, and you need something for your kids, this is a great place to shop for it. As this is a very large location, what they offer is very well organized and situated so you can find what you're looking for: be that pants, shirts, dresses, or whatever. This is a very airy location, as well. As it is so large, you really get a very spacious vibe the moment you walk into the store. The staff here are all super nice. Like all Old Navy locations, the staff comes and goes. But, I've never had a bad experience with any of the members that work here throughout the many years I have come to this business. Located in Manhattan Beach, right off of Rosecrans Avenue, this business is very easy to find. It's located in a large shopping plaza, so it has a super large parking lot, and you should never have a problem finding a place to park. Overall, if you're looking for what Old Navy has to offer, and you're in the South Bay, this is probably your place to get it

As a first-time Lululemon customer, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a…read moresweater that was very expensive, and when I got home I realized the security tag had not been removed at checkout. This is a basic step that should never be missed, especially for a high-end brand like Lululemon. To make matters worse, I live about an hour away from the store. This mistake now requires me to make an extra trip solely because of an employee oversight, which is very inconvenient and time-consuming. With gas, traffic, and my personal schedule, this is not a small inconvenience. I called the store to address the issue and spoke with the manager. While the manager apologized, that was the extent of the response. This was not my mistake, and simply apologizing does not make up for the inconvenience, time, and effort this has caused me--especially as a first-time customer. When customers are paying premium prices, they expect careful attention to detail and a smooth checkout experience. I feel that some form of compensation should have been offered, given that this situation was entirely avoidable and due to staff oversight. Employees should be more careful when handling expensive merchandise. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and it has definitely impacted my first impression of the brand.
