Is rather purchase online due to items being on sale or discounted on app than in store. I got my most recent package and the things in package were not what I ordered, thus missing 10 pieces. I went to this location for return and to get refunded. First off, line is always long and incredibly slow. They finally ring me up and the manager is called to approve return. She tells me to not return in store and to do it over the phone. The app clearly states you can return anywhere, including in store. Terrible customer service. read more

I ordered 2 toddler shirts online the other week. The price advertised was supposed to be half off. I was notified by text that my order was ready for pickup, and I headed over. Pickup was easy after standing in line and I left with the items. However when I got home and looked at the tags on the 2 shirts, the original ticketed price was less than the online retail price. I had to call their customer service number about the discrepancy. The agent was able to make the price adjustment over the phone. I found it odd that the retail prices were different online versus the physical tag. Glad that I checked. Otherwise, the shirts were cute and given as gifts. read more

This location is pretty organized compared to others I've been. I was able to score some jeans that were $45 and for them on sale for $7 now that's a win. Their clearance items are always great. I love their workout clothes and spring dresses they are always fun and cool prints as well. Their kids clothes is so darn cute and perfect for kiddos who go thru clothes pretty fast in my opinion. They have some great items for sure for the whole family including the dogs! The only down side was they had a big line and only two cashiers so we had to wait a bit I didn't mind but others seemed impatient maybe having one more cashiers open would be great! I love how they display the spring clothes outside it's very inviting for sure but their selection of clothes is great for work, working out, church and going out. read more

This review is solely because of the employees and inconvenience. I usually love coming to this Old Navy because it is always clean and laid out nicely to see each section. There is plenty of parking the shared complex. Today I went in to find a tshirt I saw online. I was able to find it, but only in a size small. I asked 3 employees working on the floor if they had additional sizes. Each of them told me, "what we have out is all we have" or "that is the only size". As I was leaving the store, I wanted to check which other stores nearby had more sizes. Well, I saw online I was able to order the tshirt I wanted and to pick up at this location. It was ready within 20 minutes of me ordering it. So they did have the size, they just didn't want to check or help me. So inconvenient and could have been avoided if any of the 3 employees would have just checked. read more

This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon. read more

Not at all happy with their online service and their delivery service. My items ordered arrived with only part of my order in the box. When I complained, I was told I had to take it up with the delivery service. The service they used to send my order to me. My first time shopping here and as soon as i arrived i felt the positive energy as a lady was welcoming everyone who came through the door. Then during check out i was blessed to be helped by a lady named Daisy. I had bought something from my granddaughter and I am just getting over a stroke and two major surgeries so I was very confused. I know I shop there as well as my daughter but I could not figure out the right number to give her the look of the account. Daisy was such a blessing, she was so understanding, so helpful, so patient, so caring , she brought tears to my eyes. Then as she was helping me she got some kind of message from another staff member and I heard her say "thank you so much for doing such a great job and cleaning up the aisle". This is a good sized Old Navy store, which is a good alternative to The Gap and Banana Republic, it's sister/brother retailers under the same ownership. Old Navy has some unique fashion and great items for kids and young adults to shop for. They continually run discounted promotions, so their sales are to the point you feel odd whenever you're paying full retail sticker price for anything here in anticipation and fear that it will eventually go cheaper on a discount offer later on. read more

I can't say I'm a fan of Old Navy, however, this is one of the better ones because the shop is well organized with plenty of floor space to shop without bumping into clothing racks and display tables. Customer service is good and the employees are helpful if you need to locate a specific item. I stopped in looking to buy a pair of joggers and left with a bag of lounge attire,(perfect for working from home), joggers, and a couple of nice year round scarves. While it may be a Covid thing, I liked that there were not a ton of people at this location, which made it easier to shop and access the dressing room without have to stand in a long line. read more

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 3: 41/100 It was time to use the super cash! I've been here a few times and I've always been lucky enough to find bargains, especially at their clearance racks. Many of their items in that area are actually priced lower than the lowest tag, so that's always cool! For the first time, however, that entire area was completely disorganized. All markers indicating sizes were pretty useless - many of the clothing of different sizes were hung in different places. There were also a lot of clothing on the floor, so it took awhile to sort through a few racks. I still found a few bargain buys, though, so I'm not gonna complain. But they really need to restructure that area. Whatever is on there is there for one reason and one reason only - quick sale. Those things will fly off the racks faster if they were arranged properly. Would still return. read more

Will not be returning to this location. PickUp order fulfillment team cut 2 items from my order that were actually fully stocked. Already paid for, but simply decided not to fulfill. In Store team marked the items as "could not be found", when there was a fully stocked rack with at least 5 of each of the items I ordered in my size, in each of the colors that I ordered, a mere 10 feet from the registers. Really? If I could see them, surely the staff did too? This sort of behavior comes across as lazy/poor training at best, and horrible customer service/poor individual work ethic at worst. DO BETTER! Not for me, because I'm not coming back, but for all of the future pickup orders that you receive from this point forward. If this is a habit of the staff at this store, I'm guessing that I'm not the only customer that they've lost. read more

Scary, horrible experience while in line today. I guess a lady asked a group behind her to move back, maintain 6 feet. One of the ladies snapped and hurled profanities for a good 10 minutes. It's been a long time since I last stepped into Old Navy. I usually just go here for their clearance swim wear. ;) The MB Old Navy is HUGE. It's a nice place to go for cheap clothes. I'm not sure how well they last after washing. So far so good. There's lots of impulse items near the checkout. Kind of like at Fry's. Things like Hello Kitty lunchboxes, cookies, candies, even Astronaut Ice Cream! They also have college and sports team apparel here. The store is clean. And there are big dressing rooms as well as small sections (with curtains kind of like Superman changing in a phone booth style) in the middle of the store for you to try you clothes on quickly. As busy as this location always seems, the staff is so patient and helpful. They even let my mom exchange a pair of pants for a different size (without tags or receipt) no questions asked! If you're looking for an item, they will help you find it, even if they have to call other stores. They do a great job at keeping the store tidy and all of the clothes folded nicely. read more

I had never bought old navy pants in my life. I decided I wanted my pants to last longer. Hoping Old Navy had good quality I came in and bought 2 jeans 30$ each. I nearly have a month and one of them have ripped. I dont understand how they could rip this way. I have never pulled or tugged them. And they are not ripped in a certain way to give an explanation of why they ripped the way they did. I am very upset. I spent 60$ plus dollars on these jeans and they do not last... Customers are limited to 5 pairs of flip flops per visit/transaction. What to do? Drag someone with you like I did, you purchase 5 and have them purchase 5. When arriving at opening, there was a loooong line out. Customers are only allowed to enter store 25 at a time. Once you enter, you are led to the middle of the store to the surplus of flip flops. Not only are flip flops on sale, but other items as well. Are they seriously discounted? No. All in all, I can say attending this sale once was enough for me. Was it worth spending 2 hours of my morning? No. Did I save a bucketload of money by attending this sale? No. Tips: 1. Bring someone with you. This will allow you to purchase more flip flops. Also, they can stand in line while you roam the store shopping. 2. If willing to open an Old Navy account, you can bypass the long line. 3. No matter the day of the week or the time of the day, there's always an incredibly long line. With twelve registers available, I've seen a maximum of three open with usually just two. I went here to pick up some apparel that I had ordered online for curbside, I had asked the lady at the front if it would be okay to shop around before I picked up my items. She was very kind and told me it would be okay and to let the cashier know that I am picking up another item which I had ordered online. I shop around for about 15 mins and I find a few things. I decide to get in line, nothing that I am worried about it was very busy and I understood I would have in line. I get to the front of the line and the cashier, Esteban, calls me to his register. I let him know before placing my items on the counter that I had ordered items online for pick up. He doesn't seem very excited to be at work, but I understand. He could have been having a bad day. I go ahead put my items on the counter and he is giving me a little attitude as I asked him about my items to be picked up from online. He tells me "that isn't his job and someone else is going to help me out go stand by the door." I personally manage a retail store and I would never tolerate and employee speaking like this to a customer. What he could have said was: Someone near the front door will come assist you, unfortunately that is not my area. So unfortunately I am leaving this review because of the one sentence that left me feeling unsatisfied with the customer service. Lots of parking in a already popular central shopping center and even though it can get crowded at times, there's enough for all to shop through and enjoy! It's that good.
