She was so funny introducing the models describing what they are wearing and encouraging our ladies to have fun and enjoy their appearance and how beautiful they look! Over the past year, l've noticed a big improvement in how things are run, and I truly think the new store manager deserves credit for that. In previous years, when I brought in clothes to sell, my experiences with some of the buyers felt very unprofessional, in fact I had multiple bad experiences with one of the female buyers that I notice still works there. She was very rude and condescending and now when I come in to sell I specifically don't want her to attend me. However, this year has been a completely different story. The newer buyers seem much better trained, more organized, respectful, and clear in how they take care of their customers. The whole process feels smoother and more customer-focused now, which makes a huge difference. In fact, today I had a question about the pricing of some of my items and the new store manager was very helpful and I left feeling very happy! Because of these positive changes, I actually look forward to bringing items in again, and I feel more confident in the process when working with the newer staff. Overall, I'm glad to see the progress and hope it continues in this direction. I have also recommended this location to my family and friends and they love the store!

The bad: I saw several tops with holes, snags or frayed fabric. They don't have healthcare worker discounts like the thrift shop across the street has. The interesting: You can bring in 5 items at a time in the fitting room. I'm so glad they opened up a Vuori near to me instead of me going to Manhattan Beach or Century City. Yeah you can order on line but I do like to try them on before buying. The store is nice of course upon entering the left side are men and the right side are women for what I saw so far. I love their pants and shorts also their joggers are one the most comfortable joggers. Although they are pricey like Lulu they are comfy clothing. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Of course I'll be back.
