Let me begin by saying how random it was to come here. I literally was not planning to shop and peeked in knowing full well my weakness was shopping . I was checking the shoe sale and unfortunately my shoe size was all sold out so of course nothing would fit. However, I checked the sale rack for some cool finds. I found two cool Italian pants for $29 each and if I bought 2, which I did, I would score an additional 15% off. The lady was extremely helpful when I tried a bunch of clothes on. The store is small but a lot of selection so I told her I might return tomorrow. Now my closet is already super bursting and I honestly don't need more clothes, but I did notice their stuff is just one of those really boutique-Y places where they have awesome bling jewelry and shoes. I might come back tomorrow and get something else, but honestly I am just happy with the 2 cool pants I bought today. Both were casual and comfortable, and quality Italian items. I was impressed how expensive they normally were and I got great deals on them. Just stopped in after doing business at another establishment. My car was parked directly in front of of Ya Ya's, so I decided to look inside. Wonderful Customer service and a very nice array of unique products for women and MEN. I purchased a few things, but will definitely be back and will visit the other location as well. Made several hundred dollars worth of purchases at the store. I tried on a pair of shoes that were tight, which I was not going to buy. The person that helped me said, try them home and if they don't fit you can return them. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and did so. They did not fit so I returned them. What the sales person failed to tell me is that the return would be for store credit only. She may as well of stolen $75 from me. They do have a sign that says exchanges within 14 days for store credit but no mention of a return policy like this. She said this was on my receipt as well (which was supposed to have been emailed and never arrived). The point is that I would never have purchased them in the first place if she told me this!! Not only will I never shop there - beware of this shopkeeper who is clearly a thief!! To make matters worse the shop owner responds with this pointless and tone def response. Don't you get it? You lied - OUTRIGHT. You are a thief and I'll be sure everyone knows it!!! read more

Buyer be ware!!! I went to this store back in June. Looked like a super cute store with lots of nice things. I love sterling silver necklaces and rings, and spotted a really dainty chocker with a Star of David ... I had been looking for this exact thing for a while and didn't think twice about purchasing. I was told it was sterling silver and spent $70. Long story short ...a month later, the necklace started turning a bronze color! Clearly not sterling silver. I called the store and spoke with Ana the store manager and let her know what had happened. She asked me to send a pic (which I did). When I told her I wanted my money back, she said they are willing to exchange for something else and that she isn't aware of a lot of the products in her store due to multiple vendors and it's "difficult" to know about each product. Well Ana... if you worked for me you'd pretty much be fired! To make such a statement shows you care zero about your job and the vendors that sell to your store. I never want to shop there again and have a necklace that is good as trash sitting in my drawer. This store should be ashamed of their customer service practices!! I'm disgusted and posting a pic of the necklace here ...it's basically cheap crap with a huge mark-up! Here is her response to me as well "Hi Cynthia, I have taken a look at the necklace. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this situation may have caused you, we have been in business for 10 years now and this rarely happens with any of our jewelry pieces. Unfortunately we do go by a strict policy and for any exchanges or store credits we have a time limit of 14 days stated in store and on the receipt." read more

Like others have said, they do not stand by their products. I was interested in buying some shoes, but the inner lining was not staying glued down. I asked a store saleswoman about it and she glued it down. She said if I bought them and they still didn't stay glued, I could bring them back. Two days later, I hadn't even worn the shoes and the liner was already unstuck. I went back to the store and they acted like They didn't know what I was talking about. They called the shady owner, who refused to talk to me directly or do anything about it. Luckily my credit card helped me reverse the charge after I took the shoes back and left them on the register counter. The girls who worked there just stood there with their mouths open. I've never stepped foot in this store again. There are a ton of great South Bay stores like frocks and rocks and Kendra Scott. Yayas is a joke! Stay away and frequent businesses that treat their customers with respect. read more

Loved the raw and uncut items offered here. There were few items that immediately caught my eye; cuff bands made from raw materials ($59), and the fiercest suede blue pocket belts ($369) - perfect for my upcoming trip to South Africa. They were offering 15% off...told me they'd let me double dip and take another 10% off if I review then...sold!!! Not only were the items one of a kind and spectacular, but the service was also amazing. They were very attentive to my shopping needs and full of suggestions. STAY AWAY FROM YA YA'S!!! Ya Ya's does not stand behind their products and has horrible customer service. I purchased a handbag from them Feb 2018, and after 3 weeks the clasp broke. I took the handbag in person back to the store, and was told it could be repaired and returned to me in 2-3 weeks. Fine, I thought. After not hearing from them for almost 6 weeks, I called them and was told the item could not be repaired. (Why didn't anyone call me back to tell me?) I asked for a refund as the merchandise was defective, and was told I would be issued a store credit, as their policy is "no refunds". I asked, not even for defective merchandise? and the answer was no. I then asked how to obtain the store credit, and was told to come in anytime, ask for Anna the manager (who I had been speaking to), and I would receive the credit. I asked Anna what days and times she was there, and she said everyday. Ok, I thought. I went into the store the next day (again IN PERSON), and was told that Anna was busy interviewing someone. It was clear that the clerk in the store didn't know anything about my issue. I told the clerk that I didn't have any more time nor patience to keep coming back to the store for resolution, and to please have Anna call me. Has she called me? You're right - she has not. read more

I really went out of my way to find this place... and found a great little bag for my phone. my mom and I both bought it... the salesgirl was sweet. I'm a yelper but have been having trouble logging in on my new phone. she said if I help we could gather an additional 10% off. so I had to reinstall under my Google account. I wrote a review on both mine and my moms phone. then the manager arrived and it all went down hill. RUDE doesn't even begin... first chariol is not a costume line of jewelry. My $2600.00 is diamond and Platinum not Swarovski crystal and silver plate. then after about an hour of credit card confusion for both of our purchases. I said I was overcharged. got to the car and compared my bill with my moms went back in only to spend more than 1/2 hour arguing showing my phone and my moms showing both our review... she pulled out her ipad to check out reviews. more accusations finally she found them and after a long and uncomfortable 1/2 hr. I was refunded an additional $5 if I didn't love the bag I would have thrown both of them at her. I will never be back. as I walked out I told the manager thanks for making a great shopping trip into a nightmare.
