Customer service: There is always someone to welcome you at the front door. Though at this location I've found that employees won't interact unless you have questions or go up to them first. A couple times I've noticed treads pulled or makeup on collars from other people trying the clothes on. Other than that, is location is very well stocked in a variety of sizes and designs. Parking: Covered parking and open parking lots are close by and usually a quick walk to the store front. Unfortunately, The last few days of this store led me here to write a bad review…read more One of their worker (dark skin, thicker build and tall) confronted me about the hair clip I had in my hair in a nonprofessional way. She asked if the hair clip is mine or theirs. I told her that I bought it yesterday at Del Amo. She never apologized or try to speak to me in a calm manner that she just wanted to do the right thing as an employee. I can tell she lacks professionalism and skills. There's also no proof that I took a hair clip from their hair accessories section. I initially walked inside their store to check out their clothes. I didn't look at their hair accessories until after I left the fitting room, which when she confronted me ! I'm glad I don't have to see her again ! She didn't want to own up to her own flaws nor admit that she didn't approach me properly.
