Customer service doesnt exist here. Jaslene was our cashier…read more The transaction experience was awful. My husband had a little sticker shock at the register for the 26 lb weight we were buying. He took a moment because he thought it was a little less online. When he asked "and that's the total with tax?". Normally you hear back a confirmation but instead she said no with tax it's $73.62. Mind you we were at the register to pay not for a price check. My husband was looking at his phone and she blurts out "you want it or not?". We told her yes but I had to explain to her he is just taking a moment to look up the price. Normally someone at the register gives the total price when purchasing not sub total. I walked away once my husband got the receipt and was already a good ways away from the register and she yells out "Good Bye!" In the most patronizing tone. It was the cherry on top for this review. We are all human and can do better but this right here is why online shopping and self check out is putting cashiers out of jobs. Maybe she should remember that the next time she wants to be unjustifiably rude and try to make people feel less than with "you want it or not?". So if you want your intentions to be buy something rudely questioned in front of other guests than this is the place and Jaslene is your go to.

This was my first time in Dick's Sporting Goods today…read more I purchased a couple of Yeti Rambler drinking tumblers which came with straw caps. After calling Yeti, I found out that I could purchase a magnetic slider cap to fit the tumblers. Rather than order from Amazon, I saw that they were sold at Dick's and placed a pickup order. I was notified probably within an hour that my pickup order was ready. I headed over and brought one of the tumblers into the store to be sure it fit. I was told that if I opened the package that it couldn't be returned. I eyeballed it and it looked like the right size. I didn't see many customers in the store, but it was huge and had a lot of merchandise. I was considering looking at weighted vests, but service wasn't very friendly, so I left shortly after.

Now this is a pretty expensive store for yoga gear, so I walked in expecting a certain level of professionalism and a pleasant experience from start to finish. The cashier, though, had that kind of energy where she was both rude and nice at the same time--if that even makes sense. It was like, polite on the surface, but underneath it felt like, "Ugh... really?" I asked a few simple questions and she seemed a bit annoyed, and when I asked for tissue paper, she gave it to me--but the way she put it in the bag? You could feel the attitude behind it. It's funny how one small interaction at the end can shift the whole experience. When you're paying premium prices, you expect a premium experience--and that part just didn't match.

My Experience with Alo Yoga's Rewards Program and Customer Service…read more I have been a loyal Alo Yoga customer for years and have spent a significant amount of money supporting this brand. Throughout that time, I participated in their rewards program with the understanding that my purchases would allow me to earn points that could later be redeemed for rewards. For several months, I repeatedly checked the rewards section to use the points I had earned, but there were never any meaningful rewards available. I have screenshots documenting that I consistently checked and found no available options. When I contacted customer service, I explained that my concern was not about receiving a discount or a special offer. The issue is that these were rewards I earned through my own purchases and loyalty to the company. I was not asking for a favor or compensation -- I was asking for access to the benefits I earned. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. Instead of addressing the lack of availability and the customer experience issue, I repeatedly received responses referring to terms and conditions and was offered a discount code. A 10% discount does not reflect the value of the purchases and loyalty I have provided over the years, nor does it resolve the issue. I believe customers should be able to trust that loyalty programs provide real and accessible benefits. My concern is the lack of transparency and the feeling that the rewards program was promoted without a realistic opportunity for customers to use the points they earned. After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting the brand. I am sharing my experience so other customers can be aware of what happened and make informed decisions. I hope Alo Yoga takes customer feedback seriously and improves the transparency and accessibility of its rewards program.

I love great customer service and that's exactly what I received today at Front Runners. I called…read morebefore I went in to inquire about the foot scan and Michael was very kind and helpful. When I went into the store and started to look around, a gentleman came out & said someone would be right with me. A few seconds later, Tehani (Assistant Manager) approached me and asked how she could help me. Well she did just that and more!! We did the scan and I was so shocked when she told me my shoe size! I've been wrong all 40 yrs of my life! My right foot is a half size bigger She also had me walk and noticed that my feet leaned inward. Based on the results of the scan & her observation, she recommended Hokas and Brooks. I initially came into the store for the Hoka Gaviota but she suggested the Arahis for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size in the color that I wanted so I'll order them online. however, she did also help me with some shoe inserts for my current pair of tennis shoes and some Oofa slides to wear in the house. I'm so used to wear slippers but these slides feel so great on my achy heel and arches. Honestly, my feet already feel a lot better from just from walking with the new inserts. The Oofas were a little more in cost than I saw online but it was so worth the experience and the knowledge I received from Tehani. I would definitely shop with them again. The store is very easy to find when you're driving down Hawthorne and there's PLENTY of parking. All of the staff were welcoming! 5 stars

I'm very grateful to Shay at FrontRunners in Torrance for saving me from possibly falling, as…read morelately I've been tripping over my feet. For the past few years I've been choosing comfort (memory foam slip-ins) over support and stabilization and guessing at my shoe size. Such bad moves! Shay used the high-tech foot measuring device to accurately measure my arch and shoe size. I know I have wide feet and looking at the back of my shoes I thought my feet were supinating (rolling outwards) but Shay observed my gait and said I was pronating too. My feet are really weird. I had done some research on YouTube and wanted to try Brooks Adrenaline GTS. I like having options so Shay also provided a pair of ASICS Kayano for me to try. I'm glad I tried on the ASICS but didn't care for the rocking motion, so I bought the Brooks. Shay also suggested Surefoot low arch insoles to help with comfort, support, and misalignment issues. I tried them on and they felt perfect. Shay is such a personable and knowledgeable customer service expert! Also, she asked me if I had been to that store before and I said yes; years ago when it was a New Balance only store. She asked me what my last name is and my points were still in the system! Wow! I'm buying all my shoes from FrontRunners from now on. Thank you, Shay and FrontRunners!!
