As long as you know going into it that this is what it is - it's fantastic and super convenient. My lower-than-normal three star rating stems from the less than friendly staff. Sure, I was absolutely grateful they accepted my return but wish the customer service was a little bit better, especially because I had already started the return and had a barcode for the employee to scan (they were not interested). Oh well. I'm sure I'll find myself here again in the future, hopefully next time the employees will join me in having a smile on their faces.
