I had gotten a gift but wanted a different color in the bag so I came in to the Torrance Store and they moved locations and it's much bigger and brighter than the other spot they were in. Pam was so sweet to help me even though I didn't have a slip for the return they did an even exchange and appreciated that cause usually they give you a hard time if you aren't in the system. Her customer service was great and she was so sweet and had me in and out in no time. They have so much here it's pretty neat but can get a bit overwhelming as well. I usually just buy their cool bags to be honest, the price of the stuff here is a bit much for me and I feel it's just a big hype but to each its own I've tried their leggings and don't really see the hype and didn't like the fit in the crotch area. Their sports bras are soft and all but my ideal small for them is like a size 8 and still fits pretty tight so the sizing throws me off per usual. They have nice jackets and other items for loungewear but again the price doesn't justify for me In my opinion. One thing I did notice an I felt pretty bad for the staff here is their AC didn't work and the store was very HOT and musty I would hate to work in a place like that and hopefully they can fix that for them so they can work more comfy. Most of the staff were wearing short sleeved shirts but still it was a hot day outside and it was pretty toasty in there. My overall experience was great and happy with my new Hunter green cross bag.

THE GREAT: I am very into consignment stores and I know my brands etc. This place floors me with…read moretheir product. I cannot get over some of the designer items I have found here at outrageous prices. I feel like I'm a winner every time I come here because I get beautiful pieces as such great prices. THE NOT SO GREAT: Selling. Their process must be working because their inventory is outstanding. But it's not great to sell here. They take little and the money they give you doesn't cover the gas cost to get there. A waste. Bring your stuff across the street to Uptown Cheapskate (who's shopping experience is...gritty, not in a good way) or up to Crossroads Culver City (the best of the best, in my opinion). Pants. How are the pants and denim organized? Un-discernable. Any method other than organizing by size is laughable. I don't even look at pants here ever because who has time to search for the size tags? Request to management: organize by size and watch how much quicker you move pants!

I went to 2nd Street to sell some clothes, and they do things a little differently. Usually when…read moreyou sell clothes, you get the option of cash or store credit. The only option here was cash. This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. I recommend for shopping NOT selling.

I usually shop at the other, larger outlet store, but decided to come check this one out when it finally opened. They sell shoes, of course, but they also sell socks, hats and key chains darned with their logo, records, and portable record players. The store is predominantly rows and rows of men, women, and children's shoes. They display each different shoe design on top, with boxes of shoes below on the shelves. Unless the display is up against the wall, then there are boxes of shoes above the display as well. My favorite shoes is the Skechers brand. They have very comfortable soles, so I look forward to wearing them when I'm planning to walk more than ten thousand steps. And because this is the outlet store, shoes are usually buy one get one at 50% off. Staff are friendly. On the weekends, they have free small bags of popcorn. The only problem I had was that it's help yourself, so it's not being monitored. They have their own parking lot, so there's plenty of free parking. There are two exits, however, only one opens up to Crenshaw. The other exit opens up to a neighborhood side street.
