The store is nice of course upon entering the left side are men and the right side are women for what I saw so far. I love their pants and shorts also their joggers are one the most comfortable joggers. Although they are pricey like Lulu they are comfy clothing. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. I can roll with a medium sized shirt and the fit is always perfect. Let's be clear. Their shirts are not cheap. However, they are of high quality and worth the higher price point. The service is top notch. I've never had a poor experience here. Just watch how they pack your purchases and place them in the bag. So much care is put into it. When I was here the other day, the store employee gave me a heads up not to iron one of the shirts I bought. This was a nice heads up since I typically iron my nicer shirts. My only concern about this store is that whenever I visit, I don't see any other customers around. I really hope that this store sticks around for the long haul. I'm not sure where else I'm going to find stylish clothes that fit me this well.

Their clearance department is pretty massive and she said she found most of her bargain buys from that entire area. I was sold, so I took a bit of time to look through what they had: and scored three whole outfit and a dress for the bargain price of less than $50. I'm not about labels; whenever I see something I like and I feel comfy in it, I'm sold. So glad I stopped by. If I had more time, I probably would have ended up with more. There is an unbelievably RUDE manager at this store. I believe she might be racist/prejudiced. I do…read morenot know her name, but she has jet black hair and jet black eyebrows. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I will be contacting Chicos headquarters. Here is what I witnessed: These two middle eastern women were shopping (I think they were speaking Farsi/Persian) and one was trying on clothes in the changing room. As she was trying on each article of clothing, she was placing them over the top of the changing room door. (Keep in mind, these changing rooms are extremely small). The manager frantically approached this customer and said "You can't just throw the clothes over the door! They'll get dusty!" Taken aback, the customer replied: "The store gets cleaned, doesn't it?" And the manager said "Not up there!!!" She then turned around and muttered to herself (very loudly): "NO ONE ELSE DOES THESE TYPES OF THINGS. NO ONE." I could see the two women were very uncomfortable after being scolded by the manager about this and did not linger in the store much longer. They did not they buy any of the many items they had tried on. I don't blame them one bit, because I left quickly after too. My housekeeper always cleans the top of my doors at my house. Does Chicos not have the same standards of cleanliness? The manager basically announced to the whole store that they do not. To embarrass and scold a customer for something so unimportant is NOT OK. If anything, the manager should be contacting the store's CLEANING TEAM and letting them know that the changing rooms are dusty and dirty. Gross! I know this manager is capable of being polite, as another customer came in and she greeted them VERY warmly, as though they were friends. She gave these other two middle eastern woman the cold shoulder, however, and did not attempt to help them in any customer-friendly way. I was extremely disturbed to witness this. I wish I had gone back there and told that saleswoman what a rude person she is. This incident felt xenophobic to me, as they were speaking a foreign language, and this woman never appeared friendly to them at any point during their visit. Very "mean girl" energy. I will be contacting Chicos headquarters about this and reporting this incident. I was bystander, but it made me feel incredibly icky. I regret not comforting those women. I will also never be shopping at this particular Chicos again.

I don't know if she was a salesperson or not, but they were talking and not one of them looked up, greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. I walked around the entire store twice, looking for what I wanted. I was ready to ask someone, but since they were so disinterested in my presence and engaged in their conversation, I decided to shop elsewhere. I will not return to the store. It's a shame because it's the only one in this area and buying online is always sketchy causing possible returns. What has happened to decent customer service?

This Skechers is conveniently located on the corner of Crenshaw and Pacific Coast Highway. This…read morelocation was formerly a Walgreens if you were wondering. I usually shop at the other, larger outlet store, but decided to come check this one out when it finally opened. They sell shoes, of course, but they also sell socks, hats and key chains darned with their logo, records, and portable record players. The store is predominantly rows and rows of men, women, and children's shoes. They display each different shoe design on top, with boxes of shoes below on the shelves. Unless the display is up against the wall, then there are boxes of shoes above the display as well. My favorite shoes is the Skechers brand. They have very comfortable soles, so I look forward to wearing them when I'm planning to walk more than ten thousand steps. And because this is the outlet store, shoes are usually buy one get one at 50% off. Staff are friendly. On the weekends, they have free small bags of popcorn. The only problem I had was that it's help yourself, so it's not being monitored. They have their own parking lot, so there's plenty of free parking. There are two exits, however, only one opens up to Crenshaw. The other exit opens up to a neighborhood side street.

The moment you walk…read moreinto the store, you will encounter what you will see pretty much at any Skechers store across the globe, a whole lot of shoes, and other Skechers merchandise. As this is a new store, it is very clean, and easy to get around. I will say, however, the design of the store, and where they have their various sections, is not very well thought out. Whereas when you go to most Skechers stores, the sections are very clearly delineated. This is not the case at this location, however. This being said, you can pretty much find everything you are looking for, in a pretty easy manner, because the space is so open. This is a standard Skechers store. Thus, it is not like their warehouse location over off of 190th and Western. There, you can find a whole lot more of the everything that Skechers offers. And, at some drastically reduce prices for some of their items. This location basically offers Skechers basics. This is not a bad thing, this is just the way it is. So, if you're looking for what Skechers has to offer, and what can be expected, you will find it here. One of the things that I dislike about this location, in comparison to say the Skechers outlet, which has been my favorite Skechers location for decades, is that their free popcorn machine is not always manned by a human. In fact, when I was just in there today, basically all you saw was a popcorn machine, and nobody handling it, and just a bunch of old popcorn on the floor around it and in the machine itself. It's just not a good look. At the other Skechers that offer popcorn, the popcorn machine is always manned by a human. Another thing I don't like about this Skechers location, and this is the same as when this building housed a drugstore for decades, is that there is only one way in and one way out of the store. Meaning, yes, you can come in off of Crenshaw, and yes, you can come in off of PCH, but you cannot turn left to go back up on the hill on Crenshaw, and you're not supposed to turn left onto PCH if you wanna go West. Thus, getting into the store is not such a problem, but leaving it, if you want to go a different direction than is easily accessible, can become a problem. Overall, if you want with Skechers has to offer, you can certainly find it here. If you need some of their shoes, some of their clothes, a backpack, socks, whatever, this is the Skechers location where you will find it.
