We walked in to do a return which we purchased online. Jasmin greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to the store. She was tagging a return n we inquired about the jacket and she informed it was on-sale. And there were other items also on sale in the back area. She was able to fulfill our return transaction with ease. The store associates are all very helpful and answered all our questions. We then asked Jazmin to check to see if there was a size L in a long sleeve we were looking for. She was able to tell us that they did not have the size L but there was a M and XL. So we just took the 3 long sleeves they had in a L. She also rang us up and reminded us about the jacket and that it was also on sale but it was in an XXL. So that was a no go. She went above and beyond to help us with all of our transactions all with a smile and a couple of laughs. She has great customer service and definitely takes pride in knowing everything about the products that they carry. All in all we appreciated her smile and just her willingness to help us out. She's amazing and we will definitely be back to this location for all our Levi needs amd hopefully Jazmin will be working. The Mister only wears Levi's. read more

You pretty much know what is going to inside every Levi Store, and this was no different. On Black Friday, everything in the store was 40% off, so was a great time to buy the popular styles that rarely go on sale for that much. As expected, the lines for the dressing rooms were very long, so a lot more efficient if you already what Levi size is for you. The checkout lines were messy, not really clear where you were supposed to go. I guess if you knew your size, you could always order from their on-line store since the same 40% off sale was happening there as well. read more

This was our first time purchasing Levi's , and the staff was amazing . Made our visit comforting , as we were shy to ask for help . The two friendly staff were helping my daughter find pants that flattered her body shape . The price is kinda high but the quality makes up for it . read more

If I could provide a zero I would. For the simple fact they don't honor there own corporate / store refund policy. I purchased the pants for my wife and needing to switch the pants size just to lied to that I couldn't exchange them and when we point out the policy she tells us we will have pay full price. I call corporate and she flat out say the store lied. read more

I walked in here looking for a pair of black skinny 711 jeans. I looked all over Macy's and JcPenny and couldn't find any. What I love about this store is that they have a really good selection of jeans and everything is very organized. I got help from this girl who checked if they had my size and the found it within seconds. I then overheard them complimenting both my jacket and my scarf hahaha (Its from H&M and Forever21 respectively). I then proceeded to check out and brought my reusable bag which they were nice enough to place my jeans in. the only downside has to be the price tag since it was $87. But after looking all over the mall for the perfect pair, it was worth it. And the service here is very lovely. If I need another pair, I would come back. read more

so this might be a long story put your seatbelts on. I went to the outlets in commerce on Saturday and picked up two pairs of jeans from Levi's, when I walked out the store, the security alarm started beeping and I thought that they left a tag on my pants so I started to reach my bag and the employees said don't worry it was just me so I got out and left. in the next couple stores i kept beeping. I was confused, but I had looked in my bag (i guess not good enough) and saw nothing so I left and went on my merry way. two days later, I tried to wear them until I noticed the fattest security was left on my jeans. I was a little bit upset as I plan my outfit around them, but it was perfect timing because I was on my way to the mall, only one pair of the jeans had the tag on them so I wore the pair that didn't have the tag. I put the pair with the security tag on inside of the Levi's bag with my receipt and as soon as I got into Levi's at Delamo mall, I went up to the guy very politely and told him that I had bought these at a different store and they left the security tag and if there was any way that they could take it off for me. this kid seemed nice. He seemed legit so I trusted him. He was so kind in the beginning. I wonder what made him turn. l anyways that's the story for next time. I noticed something was up as soon as he grabbed my receipt and started looking at it, as if it was the hardest math problem he'd ever seen in his life, he kept raising his eyebrows up and down, looking at me, looking at my friend, as if there was a problem. I was concerned, but you know I just waited it out. he started talking in his microphone, clearly about me but try to whisper it so that I couldn't hear. I don't know if he thinks we're in high school and that whispering about other people is cool but it's not. i hope Levi's is a company does not condone bullying. he called his manager over and asked her if the receipt was right. she looked at me, looked at the receipt, looked back at me and rudely said I guess this time we'll take it off for you but next time come in with the valid receipt, was I gonna pull it out of my bum????!!!! although I already felt targeted this just pushed me over the edge. being the respectful woman that I am, I said this is the only thing they gave me which is true by the way, I don't know how poor she thinks I am to have the need to steal Levi jeans, but I'm not girl. The jeans are bad quality anyway so she can have fun at her low paying job while I go to my high-paying one. I will be returning every pair of pants I have from Levi's now. thanks a lot girl. Since I stupidly might have* ruined my all-time favorite black denim jacket by simply WASHING IT, I looked to Levi's as an alternative since the company I bought my original from no longer makes it. The website had a few choices, and I did the store locater to track. I understand this is not always 100% accurate but all roads led me to Del Amo Fashion for my search. There was maybe one customer in the store at the time and a girl was helping her so I was on my own which was fine. I found two of the three I was looking for and tried them on in the hallway that had a mirror at the end. Eventually the girl came over asking if everything was okay, and I went into my spiel of how I was looking to replace a damaged jacket. This ended up being one of the most helpful sales associates I have had in a while. There were a couple sizes I wanted to see but for the most part they had the stock I needed. I discovered I didn't like one of the styles I had selected, so I had it narrowed down to one that they had, and another that was not at that location. The Long Beach Levi's outlet DID have the ones I was looking for after she checked, and she proceeded to call them to put them on hold for me. She assured me I would most likely favor this version best (and she ended up being correct). As for the helpful girl, I believe her name was Daia (Daya?), sorry if I'm butchering that. I came into this store to buy some new pairs of jeans. I haven't gone jeans shopping in a while, and a good pair is hard to find these days. This is usually due to the whole skinny jeans trend. So I came to Del Amo in Torrance, and walked into this store at the recommendation of my cousin. One of the sales associates there, Frank, helped me pick the best pair to match my preferences. After telling him what I was looking for, he was quick to suggest the 504s. I picked out my size and tried them on. Sure enough, they were the perfect fit and wash for my tastes. This is impressive, because it is a headache to find the perfect pair of jeans. So much props go out to Frank. As I was paying for my purchase, I struck a conversation with Frank and found out that he is enlisting in the Marines. I was talking to him about what to do and not to do in the service. He thoroughly appreciated the advice I had for him, as I appreciated his knowledge of the store products and his excellent customer service. I will return when I'm up to buy more pairs of jeans. Came here to shop for my usual work jean but had to walk out after I observed how the employees interacted with different guest's based on their race. It really ticked me off that they would asked me if everything was great and if I needed assistance while the lady at the front was waiting for attention... mind you I am white but I saw how the guy and girl under minded this other shopper. I will not be spending my money here. And neither should the lady. The saddest part is I'm not sure they even realized that this guest was standing there waiting on them to acknowledge her. This Levi 's store is located on the 2nd floor, on the outside section of the del amo center. Not sure why but it feels very fresh when you walk in. It's very clean & organized, loved that. There is so much to pick from & they have washes you generally wouldn't find at Macy's for example. I think the layout makes it very easy to find what you need w out searching hard & making a mess. The fitting rooms are real spacious as well. The reason it's a 4/5 is because on my visit there were problems we the register. They have two but the other didn't work at all. It was so inconvenient that I had to walk all the way to the bank to deposit $$$. I wasn't planning on using my card. I took out money so I wouldn't overspend only to have to put it back in. read more

They walked me through the store hand picking which jeans would fit me and in the style I wanted. Flow even offered to order me another pair in a color I wanted online so I did! Been coming here for about 10 years and usually it has everything I need and no problems what so ever but this time during COVID season, I went to buy some pair of jeans and as I get home to try them on (since there is no changing rooms during this time), I noticed that one of the pair of jeans had the security tag, unfortunately I bought the jeans as they were closing and now that they are closed again I can't even wear my pants due to the fact that the security tag is still on. read more

The tailor (Mallory) there was outstanding, I would 10/10 return to this store for the sole purpose of doing business with her again. From the creativity this woman puts into her chain stitching designs to her excellent customer service skills and professionalism, I was completely blown away. I have no idea what she gets paid but regardless she definitely deserves a raise, glad to see that some people are still putting everything they have into their work. Whoever was working on April 1 2021 around 1pm should be reconsidered as an employee as the service was so bad and the employees were so rude I thought it was an April fools joke. The first employee told me they didn't have time to help me and I should've made an appointment when there were more employees in the store than customers. I work in retail myself and this is not how you are supposed to treat customers. Everything else about the experience was awful except the amazing quality of the jeans I bought. In terms of levi's as a company, I would give them 5 stars, but the employees do not match up at least at this location. read more

I stopped by this Levi store around two weeks ago which is an extremely rare thing for me to do because I do 99% of my shopping online. I do most of my shopping online because I don't like being trolled by employees. I don't need help looking for something and if for some reason I have a question I'll ask. They are always throwing their sales pitches, asking me to try something on and worst of all they act like they're my friend. I didn't stop there to buy anything, I was just actually returning some jeans I bought on their online store. I usually buy American Eagle jeans but there was a Levis sale I couldn't resist. Well I'm not too familiar with their jean selection so it wasn't a shocker when I didn't end up liking the fit. I quickly walked in and went straight to the register before anyone could bug me. I just wanted to very efficiently get in and get out with the quickness like a ninja. The store looked very nice, liked the whole set up, then one of the guys who worked there greeted me, I don't remember his name, it was a foreign name, he had a beard and a hat, cool style, easy going guy. He assisted me with the return. He asked why I was returning them and I told him I didn't like the fit. He told me I would probably like the fit better on the 522's and they would go good with my amazing physique. Or at least I think that's the number, I'm wearing them right now and I don't feel like taking them off to check (spoiler alert, I bought them lol) Anyways he told me if I have time I should try them out so I know which jeans to buy next time. I like how that put exactly zero pressure on me. I guess he must have noticed I was walking fast hence the "if you have time" and I liked the second part "so you know what to buy next time" because that way it won't be so awkward when I don't buy the jeans. Anyways as you already know I liked the fit and I bought the jeans. He sold me a fantastic pair of jeans, but he also gave me hope that I can rejoin society and shop in stores again without being pressured and hassled. read more

Oh yeah, I'm stoked that there is a Levi's store close to home now. Good jeans at affordable prices. Great quality, what more do you want? They even have the new iPod jean! Go check it out. The times I've been there it hasn't been too busy. I've been able to get a dressing room without waiting too long. They're fully stocked with all sizes and a number of styles and washes. My son and I visited this store yesterday for Levis, he wanted for Grad night. I did not realize how many different kinds of levis there were, neither did my son. The staff there were very helpful and patient and genuinely nice. The staff really waited on him hand and foot as though he was a celebrity....lol If you need Levi's this is the store to go to.
