This little gem is fantastic! They are a great boutique with really unique and beautiful pieces. I've not been to the store But they have kindly provided outfits for a fashion show held at our church women's luncheon fundraiser for the last several years! Outfitting some church ladies in some wonderful ensembles! Some of the outfits this year were just jaw dropping! I'm heading over to take a look after meeting with Atzaira after the luncheon. She was so funny introducing the models describing what they are wearing and encouraging our ladies to have fun and enjoy their appearance and how beautiful they look! I haven't been to this store in years. I went in yesterday and everything was moved around and there was three times the inventory from my last visit. However, the vibe was still the same. A super energetic Owner, who knows every inch of the store and will act as your personal shopper and model!. She's amazing! Just tell her the event you're looking for something the wear to and she's off to the races. I needed a dress for a brunch and voila', found the perfect one. The store is very small though. There were a total of five people shopping with me and it was hard to move around, so be patient. It'll be one of the more pleasant shopping experiences you'll have. The sizes are S,M,L and virtually no XL. Prices are in line with H&M, IYKYK. Will definitely be back. read more

I shopped online at the Marbella on Saturday, for a High Tea event I had the next day. I ordered the pick up in store option to get my dress. When I got to the location, the dress wasn't there. The young lady at the front counter was so sincerely sweet and sorry, I had no anger about it. She told me that the size I needed, which was a Small, was at the PCH store. I said great because we live off PCH and headed that way. About 5 minutes later, the owner called my cell. She profusely apologized to me, told me that the dress was with her and she was in the warehouse. She said because of the confusion, and the fact that the dress was paid for, she would personally deliver the dress to my home. I received the dress at 7:30. She sent me eta updates and was beyond sweet and kind when I met her. I don't believe I'll shop anywhere else from here on! This store is perfect! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would!! I bought a cover up 1 month and a half ago and it didn't fit it was too short in the Top area so I brought it back in and just for a exchange of anything even if it was less I would of been fine the owner would not budge at all!! They only spoke to each other in Spanish which also is completely rude!!! I nor any of my friends will EVER shop here!!! Stay away from this place the clothes are cheaply made!!!! read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Atziri provided the kindest, most helpful customer service I have ever received at a store in my life. I'm not even exaggerating. I'm embarrassed to say that I drove an hour out to this store, because I saw how cute the clothes were online and my sister had mentioned the place. I had to drag three of my four kids out there with me. It was totally worth it!!! Atziri made my children and I feel completely welcome and she even helped me with my kids!! At one point she was carrying my three year old because she loved Atziri so much. I even had a complicated transaction on my part because I didn't have the right stuff to pay (realized I only had cash and tried Paypal etc..). Atziri helped me through all of that and was super patient and helpful with all the crazy I bring with me everywhere I go- hahaha. And then there's the clothing. Oh my word. They pick out the cutest stuff for this place. The number of perfect things I found there would have taken me a week of hunting at the mall, which is why I never go shopping.
