Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've had with a small business. I purchased a set…read morethat began pilling after just three washes--a clear sign of poor quality. When I reached out, not only did they refuse to acknowledge the issue, but they also accused me of not purchasing the item from them, even though their own system showed the receipt. To make matters worse, the owner was dismissive from the moment the conversation started. Before I could even explain the issue, she interrupted with, "Sorry, can't do anything"--without hearing me out. Then she suggested I use a razor to fix the pilling. Really? How about selling products that don't require "razors" to maintain after a few washes? I wasn't even demanding a full refund--a partial refund or store credit would have been reasonable. Instead, they offered nothing. That's not how a small business should operate. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, but clearly, it isn't for them. In contrast, I've experienced amazing customer service from other small businesses--like one that let me return a set of organic sheets after 90 days simply because I didn't like them. That's what customer care looks like. This business, however, operates with deceit, blame-shifting, and zero accountability. If you're looking to support a small business that actually values its customers, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. .

Yupp whole 25 miles of it. Here's the story of that trip. I woke up on a Saturday morning to leave for Torrance. Admittedly, halfway to Torrance I had my doubts. It is a really far place and even if I have lived in Torrance its really out of my way. But I figured I'm halfway there already and I needed to satisfy my curiosity! I get there and its located in a small plaza with other business establishments. I found it quite odd for a clothing store so chic to be in the middle of restaurants and other stores. But that's just me. I went inside the store and I was the only person inside. There was one girl who didn't even bother to say hi to me or offer to help which was very disappointing. How hard could it be to ask the only person in the store right? Service aside, it was a stunningly beautiful store. I really loved the rustic, vintage layout of the store. I even loved the small dressing room in the corner surrounded with the brick walls. So ingenious! It made me feel at ease browsing around the shop. They did carry some good high end brands not jut for womens but more mens too. I saw Current Elliott jeans, Tom Ford sunglasses, Jurlique Skin care, Tocca Perfume, Toms, just to name a few. Everything was well made including the accessories. Even their own line of La Chou Chou clothing was very well made and they're not that expensive to boot! The only downside is, there's really not a ton of selection. And what they have in the front in terms of sizes are what they only have left. It was really too bad because I was determined (desperate maybe?) to get something from this store. But all my sizes were gone. And I don't know if all the sizes were gone but I noticed they seem to carry jeans in the smaller sizes. In the end though, I left the store empty handed. I was very disappointed and frankly sad. I expected more but the store fell short. Would I come back to make the trip again? Probably not. But if I'm in the area I'll definitely drop by. I saw some cute accessories that I want to go check out again. And who knows they might have more clothes in stock. Plus, as I was leaving the plaza, I saw some Japanese restaurants with Okononami Yaki and a pastry shop right next to it. So yay for me. I guess that means my trip hasn't ended yet! :]

Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The employees closely followed us throughout the store and made us feel as though we were being watched because they assumed we might steal something. The treatment we received felt like racial profiling, and it was both embarrassing and hurtful. Rather than feeling like valued customers, we felt judged and singled out. Despite the uncomfortable atmosphere, I still made a purchase and bought a pair of earrings. However, that purchase was only a fraction of what I intended to spend. I came into the store fully prepared to buy multiple items and would have gladly spent considerably more. Instead, the employees' behavior completely discouraged me from continuing to shop. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the store lost out on a much larger sale because of the way my daughters and I were treated. Customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected--not scrutinized and judged. Had we been treated with kindness and professionalism, I likely would have purchased several additional items and returned in the future. I also noticed several other potential customers walk into the store and quickly leave without making a purchase. Customer service plays a huge role in whether people choose to shop and spend money, and unfortunately, that was severely lacking during my visit. I have never felt so profiled while shopping before, and it was a deeply upsetting experience. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable because of their appearance, race, or background. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. Sadly, what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience turned into one that left me feeling unwelcome, disappointed, and unlikely to return
