I'm so glad they opened up a Vuori near to me instead of me going to Manhattan Beach or Century City. Yeah you can order on line but I do like to try them on before buying. The store is nice of course upon entering the left side are men and the right side are women for what I saw so far. I love their pants and shorts also their joggers are one the most comfortable joggers. Although they are pricey like Lulu they are comfy clothing. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Definitely not some one I'd want to hand over 300-400 of my hard earned dollars to. Went to a popular suit spot in Gardena and recieved great service. Instead of helping, she gave me a dirty look and responded, "You can't grab it yourself?" I was honestly caught off guard by how rude and dismissive the interaction was. I tried to brush it off, assuming maybe she was having a bad day, but when I came back recently I noticed the same behavior again. She walked right past customers without greeting anyone, then loudly greeted and chatted with her coworker instead. Customer service doesn't have to be overly friendly, but basic respect and professionalism should be expected. The attitude from this employee made the store feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I still love alo, but I'd be mindful of this location if management doesn't check their workers. This is only about one employee, everyone else I've encountered here has been friendly, helpful, and professional, which is why the contrast in behavior stood out so much.

It resembles its other location in LA. I like that the racks aren't overcrowded with too many items so you can actually slide the coat hangers and look at the items. I got 2 jackets and culotte pants from here. Each were $12.99. The store was very nicely organized and even had an armchair to lounge on. The shoes were in good condition. The bad: I saw several tops with holes, snags or frayed fabric. They don't have healthcare worker discounts like the thrift shop across the street has. The interesting: You can bring in 5 items at a time in the fitting room. One of the workers at the register was on her phone a lot but perhaps she was looking up values/prices of the clothes she was labeling? They do buy clothes here.

Each 2nd Street is really dependent on the people that sells there so for this location, I usually come here for streetwear or some vintage/Y2K clothing from the bigger brands like Polo or Carhartt. There's a small selection of luxury items but it's nowhere close to their Costa Mesa location, but my friends have been able to find some Chrome Hearts for their collection. I've only sold some stuff here when they run bonuses but even then, don't expect a high price for items. 2nd Street tend to curate it a bit more and it really depends on the buyer they have that day. They are also seasonal so will not really buy shorts in the winter or jackets in the summer, unless that jacket is a piece that they move at any season. I brought a bunch of mall brand shirts, pants, hoodies and jackets, they ended up taking 40+ of my items and it just netted me around $60, with the highest being a skate brand jacket with many fetching only $1. It's just good to help clear closet and have a bit of pocket cash. For the truly unique items or streetwear pieces that I know will fetch a higher amount, I still sell elsewhere. There's also another second hand shop across the street but that place you really gotta dig, but they do offer slightly higher prices and accept many items that 2nd Street does not.

I usually shop at the other, larger outlet store, but decided to come check this one out when it finally opened. They sell shoes, of course, but they also sell socks, hats and key chains darned with their logo, records, and portable record players. The store is predominantly rows and rows of men, women, and children's shoes. They display each different shoe design on top, with boxes of shoes below on the shelves. Unless the display is up against the wall, then there are boxes of shoes above the display as well. My favorite shoes is the Skechers brand. They have very comfortable soles, so I look forward to wearing them when I'm planning to walk more than ten thousand steps. And because this is the outlet store, shoes are usually buy one get one at 50% off. Staff are friendly. On the weekends, they have free small bags of popcorn. The only problem I had was that it's help yourself, so it's not being monitored. They have their own parking lot, so there's plenty of free parking. There are two exits, however, only one opens up to Crenshaw. The other exit opens up to a neighborhood side street.
