I'd absolutely recommend this store! I had the time of my life shopping here, and a huge shoutout to Logan for making the experience so much fun. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and had amazing style. He gave me honest opinions on different shoes, helped me find the perfect size, and somehow never got tired of my one million billion requests. Not once did he make me feel like I was being a bother... he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Every single associate was awesome! Since the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us and asked if we wanted help. Everyone helped us as a team we really appreciate the customer service provided. Went to this vans for a pair of leather high tops that can't seem to find at 3 other stores , and they had them in stock and in my size. Carlos helped us and did a great job , super friendly and got us in and out quickly ( which is what we wanted as late for another appointment ) Counter staff was helpful and also very friendly , store is well put together with a lot of stock on hand. Easy access in the mall parking in the underground abs basically right up the escalator So we give this visit a 5 star and will plan to be back. Thank you ! read more

The WORSE place to get shoes. Been waiting for a little over 40 mins. Never even got the first pair of shoes I asked for. Several people came in after me and received about 3 pairs before I even got the first one. A few other people were waiting the same amount of time as I. #FRUSTRATING To top it off, when I received the pair I wanted they were the wrong size. Had to send em back again & same issue. They keep saying they'll check on em but I don't know how if I still haven't gotten my shoes. The worker said they "go by the list" well shouldn't you all prioritize the people that were here first? 45 minute wait is a little Crazy when people that came in 10 mins ago got their shoes quick. read more

Now I remember why I do not go to the "DEL AMO MALL". Horrible customer service. If you are going to higher teenagers (girl or boy) please prepare them with the right tools to greet and thank a paying customer. If I want to try on 3-5 pair of different styles, I certainly can. And if it is your job being in the service industry to plaster a smile and provide me with those sizes I request, its expected. What I do not appreciate is snobby remarks and frowning faces. Management needs to take a look at there employees especially during the heavy holiday traffic time. I ended up buying a few pairs of shoes. vans store 059 has terrible reviews on yelp but we walked in and we're immediately greeted by the staff. They were attentive while the ones who weren't helping someone were cleaning. My fiancé and I weren't shopping for anything in particular but we were blown away by how many sales they had on their shoes and socks. We eventually asked Cane for a size 8 in women for some hiking shoes and he came back apologizing for not having that specific size but he did ask what plans we had and mentioned the shoes run a bit small and brought out half a size bigger. My fiancé decided she wanted an 8 anyways so she asked for another color. Cane really went above and beyond going 3 times to the back until she tried on the shoe and it fit really well after trying both an 8 and an 8.5. He also mentioned how we can keep the shoes clean after she mentioned her shoes always get covered in mud during our hikes. Overall we were happy by Cane and the team at 059 at del amo mall. I understand we are still in a pandemic and everyone is pushing small businesses but by the amount of sales in the store i know everyone is hurting. I love Vans however, Jen the manager and Ayesha the cashier both were extremely rude after they messed up my return. I bought some shoes with a debit card and they would only let me return it as credit despite it being against company policy to not give you back payment in the form that the item was bought. The manager acknowledged that her employee did not have the right to do the return that way and gave me the coroporate number which was not the right number. With time I got the right number and was told that the store should have handled this mistake easily. I won't be buying my skate shoes from there anymore. read more

Yesterday I went in looking for something to wear to a casual event coming up. I was not acknowledge when I had walked in. I walked around the store and thought "hey where are the workers". No one helped me. At the end by the shoes an older guy was trying to get help from the two associates sitting down talking about their weekend. He had to ask the light colored hair one for help. She and the other one were clearly too busy wasting company money and everyone else's time. read more

This store is horrible, no customer service what so ever shoes are just lying everywhere. Half way through the long line as we were waiting the cashier jumps off to grab a check for an employee! Leaving the long line which was getting longer as there was no one up there. When I approached the cashier about getting anyone up there to help the customers who are waiting, he says that there is no other cashier but him. RIDICULOUS! Five minutes later as all of us who want to pay for our items are waiting some other chick comes up and starts ringing the customers up! Really?! I thought there were no other cashiers? This was the first time and last time I ever step foot in this Vans. Also, I might add that it took a while for us to get any service getting a shoe size. The store was not even packed it just looked full because so many people had to wait JUST to pay. I was really shocked with this behavior with Vans, considering I have never had this problem at any other Vans even during christmas time. I guess the people at this store just don't care, they all did look under 21... Do yourselves a favor, unless you have a ton of time to wait in line just to pay for 1 box of shoes, try a different Vans store. Thomas and Pearl are the worst. Walked in and wasn't acknowledged. Took a couple laps around the store and neither of them even looked up. I tried to get their attention by asking for a shoe, but they shot back that they didn't have that shoe in my size without even checking. They then both went back to talking with each other. Staff was awesome. I had bought a pair of black shoes and after a week they started coming apart. The problem was that i bought them and wore them out so i didnt have a receipt or box. Even though i didnt have those key things the staff still helped me out. They did a even exchange and they were kind about the whole thing. I have to say that the staff were super helpful and awesome. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future for more shoes and maybe a sector nine longboard.
