Customer service was terrible, customer rep Joe was rude as the staff were chatting amongst themselves as a line was forming I asked if she was taking customers and was told I will open in a minute as the staff wanted to continue their conversation was completed, I can see the MGR is also totally absorbed with the conversation amongst her staff. If the service lights are on to take the next customer the wait should not be on the customer to receive rude and poor customer service. Do better! read more

Eddie the store manager was so nice and helpful, we found amazing stuff last minute Christmas shopping, our cart was filled to the brim, once at checkout he told us our Christmas gift sets he would price adjust to 50% off because of the Christmas spirit! It's ok. It doesn't have as large of a selection as some of the others around here, and it's a little bit dirty inside, but if you want a good deal, sometimes they have awesome finds in the clearance area. The employees aren't that nice, but then again, some customers aren't either LOL. read more

Made a quick stop by here for some kitchen stuff before heading to LAX, and boy was I glad that I did! This Marshalls is pretty big compared to a few others that I've been to, and also much more well stocked in their Home section as well. Didn't stop to look at the clothing section but when walking by it looked pretty organized, as well as the shoes department. Per usual I find pretty good deals on little kitchen gadgets here, and if you're a mug hoarder like me, their cups/mugs selection is HUGEEEE, like a whole entire wall of it! Too bad I'm never in Inglewood or i'd frequent this store for sure. The customer service here was much better than others, everyone was friendly and had a smile on their face. Parking is really easy since it's in a gigantic lot shared with a few other big businesses. read more

The women's size selection is poor. The clothes are old fashion, out of style, and resembles clothing at second hand stores. They don't issue out the bathroom code, which is puzzling because when you go in it's smelly and dirty. So why is it locked? The other sections are cool. It would be helpful is the store associates straightened up throughout the day. I see them pricing items and hanging up clothes. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the basket freely to take my items to my car. I had three big bags with some heavy items. I had to drag the basket to my car because they can't be taken out of the store. It was easier than carrying them. read more

This Marshalls is pretty big and really wasn't all that bad, but I have to address this first impression visit I had. Random Thursday evening and I had to promptly pick up some needed clothing. The line was ridiculous though. Did someone call out sick or something? There was a least 30 people and as I waited I felt younger kids and even adults getting restless behind and in front of me. Now I've seen long lines at other Marshalls and just at stores similarly but there is no reason why there should've only been 3 registers open. It's one thing if it's flowing but we had ladies with carts full of clothes and one lady was confirming prices effectively trimming the line down to two cashiers. Normally when this happens , managers will summon back up or will "be" the back up. I even remarked this to the cashier I had,who was pleasant but I could tell she was frustrated with the lack of help too. Come on Marshalls, open up more check outs. read more

I tend to "Marshall-hop" as I call it, but I tend to frequent this location more than Torrance; it's convenient. They usually have a great selection of handbags, shoes and children's clothing. I usually shop for those three things the most. I did recently find some girl's youth size Sam and Libby flats for $15 (they retail for about $35)! A great find for school shopping and with layaway you can't go wrong! read more

This Marshall's is heaven compared to the Ross that is next door. The management must peek in Ross every day and laugh their asses off. Got some Pierre Cardin shades and dress shoes for my dad's funeral on Wednesday. read more

I give it three stars, lots of they things, prices are not low. You could go to Target cross the street, without all the trouble looking at things over and over. I do believe that most of there tennis shoe are a good price and lots of name brands. I brought things for my bathroom, some nice towels and a rug. At a very good price. The store is really organized. There is new management so I think this is why the selection is better too. Hadn't been the store in a while so it was a treat to actually find great merchandise, friendly personable staff who are actually WORKING! The shoes and clothing selection used to be lackluster. Now it rivals the Westaide and what used to be my go-to: Culver City. This is one of my three favorite stores in this Inglewood plaza. It used to be my second visit behind Old Navy, then Ross. Now it's my #1!! I spent so much that I had to leave. Blew my whole shopping budget in Marshall's. Kudos to the manager and staff. See you soon! read more

I never liked Marshall's until I had to shop there for a quick gift.. It amazing place to find quick gifts! Then I wondered over the the clothing... Great deals with name brand stuff. Normal clothing store can be a but crowded due to the location but for the most part the store seems to be well stocked always and the employees are nice. sometimes the lines can be a bit long because they only have 2 cashiers every time i come in this location makes me wonder if i should put in a application for some part time help lol. overall store is decent. read more

Very disappointed with the products I bought this December. The pan turned a completely different color from the set after 1 use!!!! The larger pot is beginning to rust after 3 uses and the lid is ruining my kitchen cloths! The handle leaves a black stain on anything it touches! I tried bringing it to the store for an exchange with no help from the manager, I called corporate and I was assured that there was nothing they can do, I've called the distract manager and left a voicemail but who knows when he will ever get back to me. These were not cheap either! $120 for 3 items. I wish I could get some sort of customer service from this company but it doesn't seem like they care at all about the quality of the products they sell or the people who give them their hard earned cash for these products. read more

Marshalls to many of us looking for bargains on department store items consider it to be the Macy's of outlet stores. Over time it has lost a bit of that luster but still the Cream of the Crop as far as discount clothing stores of its nature are concerned. This location tends to get busy on the weekends due to the location on über-busy Century Blvd. On the weekdays, especially during the early parts of the day, getting in and out is a breeze. Plenty of parking available. Selections can be a hit or miss. Especially with merchandise arriving weekly. Marshalls does have something that Ross doesn't have and that is layaway. Layaway allows you to put your merchandise on hold with a pre-determined deposit for up to 30 days before they return it to stock. The Torrance locations as far as I know have better choices but this fits the bill for those that don't want to take that trip down Hawthorne Blvd. Very clean and efficient during the least busy times. At times are only 2-3 lines open at a time. Customer service is top notch. Has everything you need including the ocassional furniture. Excellent option for those looking for what they need at basement prices. read more

My review is not on whether or not the store is or isn't organized. It's a discount store, I'm not expecting Nordstrom . .my review is solely for the patient & kind cashiers that had to deal with the long lines & cranky customers. Of all the Marshall's I've explored in LA: Culver City, Glendale and West LA, this location has thee WORST women's contemporary wear collection that I've ever browsed through. I've always equated Marshall's products to be on the medium to high end- bc they have good brands and beauty products that I've seen at the Rack/Dept stores and similar products at drug stores/health food stores as well. Which is why Marshalls has always been my favorite go-to store over Ross or the rack. But this was my first encounter where I saw a sad clothing selection with a rejected curb appeal. Kitchen products were excellent. Food products were better than the other mentioned locations. And lastly don't try shopping past closing time (especially at this one). Even if other customers are continuing to shop, it seems like a selected few are notified more than usual to get the f--- out. So don't be one of those peeps bc it's not at all enjoyable. read more

Ran here to find a unique item for storing incoming mail and keep it neat (and beautiful too). They had a very pretty, unique set of boxes that looked like books at first glance. They were the perfect color scheme and not too expensive. Great store. read more

Let me just say this. I was there a month ago and I've been going here fir years. But this last time make me feel as if I never meant to answer that place again. All of the drive to to the next nearest location. The staff at the front desk and make you feel like they're doing you a favor by assisting you. If they were my staff they were all be on like final warning's or something. One of the managers who is there you can tell she was a manager a keyholder she had braids or what have you, and she was testing the girls I have some questions. Ashley was ringing people up it's like they're not professional. When employees have to learn to deal with the public if you have to have good customer service people can shop online these days I mean that's why so many stores in franchises are closing down be more personable act like you want to help someone service with a smile what happened to that and it is it because of how much you're getting paid?And another thing I even saw the store manager Hispanic guy come up there and you see how these ladies are interacting with the cash customer which sucks. encourage your team to be more customer service friendly. i love marshalls, and this one was just near my home :) i found everything i wanted here, unlike ross dress for less that was right next door. there are better brands for a super low price, and they're more organized than its neighbor, from how they have their registers set up to how they keep their products. it makes it that much easier to buy something when things are in order. read more
