Dell and his team are truly amazing! We had a last minute emergency where we needed a custom rhinestone design, plus pressed on 70 t-shirts within 2 days for an event. Since they do all of their custom designs and pressing in-house instead of outsourcing overseas, they were able to complete everything within that 2 days and even added a little extra for us! Not only that, but the actual quality of the rhinestones are amazing. You can definitely tell the difference between these stones and ones from other shops. Went to Dell the first time in March and he made my bday 50th shirt. I was super excited at how it came out. It was simple so how could he go wrong with it. Planning a cruise so I thought I'd go back to have some shirts made. I went in with a layout that I wanted only for him to ask me why I wanted it that way. He told me certain colors wouldn't be as bright as I wanted on a colored T-shirt so I told him to work his magic. he went as far to tell me to make my mind up because that what his ex-wife use to do. lol. He tried to rearrange my whole design but i put him to a stop. Now I got to see the real Dell. Attitude like a female, grumpy like his stomach was growling and ain't ate in 2 days it came on full effect. He actually stopped in the middle of the design to tell me and my daughter about a woman who was moving next door and how he didn't like her. To much drama was going on so we told him we'd be back the next day. Went back actually a week later for him to tell me that he deleted my design and if I wanted him to do it I would have to lay out the rough draft myself. I told him it was okay. He is a prime example of why our ppl don't support each other. I will order from another one of my ppl because that's what I do. Dell is very unprofessional and will never get another penny from me.
