Cashier was slow and while me was on line she unfriendly and kind rude and so serious that why self check out is needed in all stores so can avoid heathen

This is a very big Hobby Lobby with an incredible selection of crafts -- truly anything you can think of. They also have a huge fabric section, which really sets them apart from stores like Michael's that don't offer nearly the same variety, or any at all. The store is located in a mall with plenty of free parking, which makes visiting easy. The only downside was the closing process: they started announcing the store's closure about 40 minutes before the actual closing time, yet they only had two registers open, the checkout lines became extremely long.

Wish there was a Hobby Lobby closer to me but I do the drive because this place has everything! I decided I wanted to journal and I came looking for stickers and they literally have a whole aisle just for that . If you're looking to decorate for Christmas or any holiday they are stocked you will find it all here! Their artificial flowers are so beautiful they look so real. This is definitely a crafty store and very affordable. The past couple of times I've been here they've had great sales. And the staff is amazing. One of the staff members overheard me debating weather I would take a wreath for a photo shoot I needed and she came and told me to come back in a few days as it would be on sale 50% off and at the time it was regular price. Love that kind of service

Crafting supplies in Hawthorne, California... Our Yelp Hawaii Intern, Sheena, and I just happened to be in Los Angeles at the same time! Was it karma? Somehow, our conversation turned to a high end brand which we could duplicate. Sheena suggested that we go to Hobby Lobby. I had seen the store, but hadn't visited yet. She said that this store would have everything - even the plain sweatshirts that we wanted to decorate! We looked up the nearest location on our Yelp app, drove over, parked quickly and for free in the shared parking lot, found our supplies, and went to work in the clean, neat, air-conditioned store! We asked the cashier if we could borrow a pair of scissors - after we asked to borrow an iron for the iron-on patches. We sewed the patches into place and will iron them on later. Aren't our hooded sweatshirts cool and unique? Haha! We spent $20 instead of $80 for the real thing!

I have been to a couple Hobby Lobby stores in my area and recently so far my experience has been okay. They have everything here. Tons and tons of stuff. Endless crafting possibilities. Tons of products and materials that are half off. Christmas crafts are 50% off as well. Lots of beaded merchandise, toys, fabric, decor, frames, etc.

I love the range here. From art supplies to home decor, this is the place to go. You get good deals too because they run sales. The only thing I'd complain about is needing a self check out lane because there's never enough cashiers. There's also no urgency when ringing up customers lol. Long lines and and no urgency isn't a good combo

I'm not the most crafty person but walking in here gets me inspired. I can wander around for hours just looking at everything and getting ideas. the selection is great, the discounted items are especially worth buying and it's just a magical place overall. Nice to see things, feel the quality, and purchase items the old fashioned way - in person! All the workers were kind and eager to help, the place is clean, organized and displayed very nicely. I love the discounts at the end of seasonal items - so worth it. Big free parking lot in front.

Thinking of redecorating a room or your entire home. This is a great place to start. I came here to find picture frames. I found a store full of deals, 40% to 50% off on store items. This store is full of merchandise and deals.

It's a nice retail craft store similar to Michael's and Joann's. It's organized, well lit and clean. The prices seem on par with their peer competitors. It's a great place to shop. Parking is easy, as there is a huge lot and this is adjacent to Home Depot - - word to the wise - - try to avoid parking near or in the Home Depot area parking lot, friends of mine have parked there and inherently there's a lot of road hazards in the form of customers dropping nails or screws on the floor of the parking area, so the odds of getting a flat tier is greater by parking or driving through the Home Depot area... so stick with the Hobby Lobby area.

While the furniture is undeniably beautiful, the customer service was surprisingly poor. I purchased five items during their anniversary sale, where everything was sold "as is." After dealing with an overcharge on my credit card, I was told I'd receive a call the next day to schedule delivery, which I paid $99 for. That call never came until I followed up on social media three days later. It wasn't until August 27 that I finally heard from someone to schedule the delivery. On September 11, the delivery arrived, but one of the pieces was not what I had ordered. I immediately called customer service and sent photos of the correct item. They did offer to refund the incorrect item, but instead of taking ownership, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I also requested a refund of the $99 delivery fee, since the service I paid for (delivering the correct items) wasn't fulfilled. Later, I saw some internal emails by mistake, and it became clear they had no intention of refunding the delivery fee. The whole interaction left me feeling disappointed and puzzled as to why they wouldn't just refund such a small fee to keep a customer. Despite being excited about the furniture itself, this experience has soured me on purchasing from them again. My advice: take photos of everything you buy and be prepared for potential issues. If they're willing to lose a customer over $99, it raises concerns about their overall business practices.

Don't know about the rest of you, but I have to watch it and keep things on a reasonable budget. And so this review will center on Home Goods' affordable Christmas product and or the lack thereof. Immediately upon entering this Home Goods in this expensive and upscale area, you are blown away by the sheer diversity here. When I tell you that every single ethnicity is represented in terms of those who work here as well as the shopping clientele or patrons themselves it comes as no overstatement. Suffice to say the word is out amongst everyone wide and far that this particular location has ample product-holiday stuff being key among that for the current season we are entering. Once inside, you have to love the fact that every other few minutes someone gets on the PA system and commends a shopper on making a contribution to various food banks. In light of the fact that over 40 million Americans lost their snap benefits, every little bit helps. What many don't realize is the rippling effect the lack of SNAP benefits has not only on the food recipients themselves, but also on the grocery stores you frequent. They too are now not getting anything. A voice comes over the PA system and says something to the effect of "shout out to such and such who just donated to such and such a food bank". They then end the announcement with a funny little "whooo hooo" howl. Lol Now on to the product itself. There are tons and tons of Christmas and holiday items, so much so that even the pictures may not do them justice. In any case, I'll let you all decide on what products you would get, but I know I'll certainly be back. Now let's talk people, and the sheer amount of them. You'll definitely want to avoid this joint during weekends if you're at all claustro or human phobic-lol. I myself love the crowds, particularly around this time of year. But then again I came up that way. But if you like going solo, are in a rush, or just don't want to be tapped or accidentally brushed upon in any way shape or form, your best off coming early in the week. Within the 30 to 45 minutes I was in the store, I must have been bumped either on my person or on my basket at least four or five times. But as stated before, I'm all good with the crowds and human interaction, even though I'm giving serious consideration to consider dating an android that looks like C-3PO with a wig, but more on that later.... So I ended up having to take a call from family that took me out and away from this store, but I'll certainly be back soon to take advantage of some of the great discounts. All in all this was a very informative and worthwhile experience. I had never been in a Home Goods store prior to today.

Stopped in and the prices were too good to walk away from. Kids had fun with the candle making. And we adults had peace of mind crossing off a long aging to-do item of getting new couch and sofa. Win-win all around Delivery guys were decent. We rescheduled when we realized another day was better for our schedule - they were easy to contact for reschedule. On the day of delivery, they texted that they were going to be a little outside the planned window. When they arrived, one strong guy single-handedly took the couch and then sofa off the truck on his head. Amazing. He and a coworker then attached the couch legs with the fastest drill gun work I've seen. Felt like I was watching formula one pit stop work. They took away all the packaging and arranged the couches as I specified. I inspected the furniture and gave them a thumbs up. Done in less than 10 min. Worth the $99 delivery and set up price tag. The tenured in-store rep advised I do this $99 white glove delivery vs the $59 delivery without set up as a preventative measure. I get to inspect the furniture and have the delivery men take something back if not up to par. If anything was wrong with the $59 delivery only, I would be on the hook myself to take the furniture back to the store. I don't have a truck to haul back furniture that may have damage. Made sense to me. I appreciated his advice. And hubby could not have assembled the couch feet in mere minutes. Worth it The newly unpacked couch and sofa let off some chemically smells. We left the windows open for a few hours to have them air out. Smells subsided quickly. I am now watching to see how the furniture ages. Will report back if problematic

The manager kept going back and forth, acting like they were offering special discounts, when in reality most of the items were already advertised at 25% off. On top of that, some pieces didn't even receive the full discount. They also initially tried to charge around $500 for delivery, only to later "negotiate" it down and make it seem like they were doing me a favor. That kind of back-and-forth just reinforces the feeling that the pricing isn't transparent and should've been straightforward from the beginning. To make matters worse, the delivery itself was underwhelming--they basically just drop off boxes of pretty average-quality furniture. Honestly, it's no better than what you'd get ordering online, which defeats the purpose of going into a furniture store expecting higher quality or a better experience. The whole buying process came across as overly sales-driven and, frankly, a bit sleazy--more like dealing with a used car dealership than a furniture store. My recommendation: skip the in-store experience. Buy online or go somewhere straightforward like Costco. I wouldn't shop at Ashley again unless you enjoy that kind of high-pressure sales environment.
