We absolutely Luvv this store--great vibe, amazing pieces, and we've had nothing but good experiences overall. That said, we recently bought an item that didn't fit our space, and when we tried to return it (still in the original, unopened box), we were told returns weren't allowed. That took a bit of the shine off for us. So while it's still one of our favorite spots, that policy brought it from a 5-star to a 3.5-star experience.

We went to different Ashley's but the manager say we can't use store gift card we got for mistake store made few years ago and it was waste time to go but at least workers wasn't as rude as last Ashley experience

Been calling since 10am no one ever answers the phone

DO NOT GO IN THIS STORE DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE THEY ARE A RIP OFF ORDERED FURNITURE May 2025 AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT ! I've been calling just today since 10:00AM and they don't answer the phone but you are transferred to the Philippians to speak to someone with limited English they tell you to call the store only for the store not to pick up at all. Then I received this this as an email Cagroupashleyfurniture.com I told her it was not an email she stated it was NOT So now I get it it's like buying a car they super nice when you in the store but never return a call, or Receive a call afterwards why am I speaking to anyone in another country when I purchased my furniture here in California? why am I paying for furniture not received? That has to be against the law!!! Run far away from ASHLEY Furniture the customer service is crap and so is the furniture. I will be seeking legal representation for this.

I recently had an unexpected and frustrating experience at Teak Warehouse that I think others…read moreshould be aware of. While the furniture is undeniably beautiful, the customer service was surprisingly poor. I purchased five items during their anniversary sale, where everything was sold "as is." After dealing with an overcharge on my credit card, I was told I'd receive a call the next day to schedule delivery, which I paid $99 for. That call never came until I followed up on social media three days later. It wasn't until August 27 that I finally heard from someone to schedule the delivery. On September 11, the delivery arrived, but one of the pieces was not what I had ordered. I immediately called customer service and sent photos of the correct item. They did offer to refund the incorrect item, but instead of taking ownership, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I also requested a refund of the $99 delivery fee, since the service I paid for (delivering the correct items) wasn't fulfilled. Later, I saw some internal emails by mistake, and it became clear they had no intention of refunding the delivery fee. The whole interaction left me feeling disappointed and puzzled as to why they wouldn't just refund such a small fee to keep a customer. Despite being excited about the furniture itself, this experience has soured me on purchasing from them again. My advice: take photos of everything you buy and be prepared for potential issues. If they're willing to lose a customer over $99, it raises concerns about their overall business practices.

Most recently, I worked with Rick on my Moonshine Urban Suede, Jonathan Louis Noah sectional. It's five pieces with several big pillows. It is absolutely beautiful, plush, and comfortable. The pricing is competitive, which I know because even with shipping and upholstery protection, it is priced much stronger than the local store here in Texas. Anyone would be nervous spending big at a location several hundred miles away from home. You never know what you're going to get or who you're going to deal with. But the staff at ULF go above and beyond to dispel any worries. The intake process for my order was thorough. Everything was confirmed before production. I was contacted weekly with updates on the manufacturing, packaging, and deliveries of my couch, which help to sustain my trust, confidence and patience. I had the store manager's cell for questions (which I never needed to use). I received itemized receipts promptly upon payment both electronically and with my package. No matter who I talked to in the store, I was always treated kindly, my questions answered same day. Promises to call back were always kept or messages left. If you're looking to buy from this store, I hope you find my review helpful. I am currently refurnishing my place, and I plan to keep ULF in mind for future purchases. Take a look at my new couch!!

I am at a loss for words how very disappointed I am with Urban Living Furniture. I purchased these…read moretwo recliner couches about a year ago, and we started to notice peeling around the recliner edges we didn't worry because because I thought we purchased damage warranty unit it got worse and worse around the arms and the recliner edges and headdress . I reached out to the furniture company because the peeling got way worse and I was unable to locate the receipt. I was told by store manager not only that I didn't purchase warranty but that it was nothing they could do. I thought for-sure we had warranty . I found my receipt and there was no warranty applied and yes I aways purchase warranty smh. I ask if it was anything they could do since the couch was just a year old he said sorry but you shit out of luck...well thats how it came across to my ears Lol. The purchase of the couches was close to $2000. Ending if you are ok with the most cheapest furniture from Urban living don't make my mistake...just make sure you purchase warranty because it wont last past six mouth to a year if your lucky and they take zero accountability for selling rotten furniture. believe me when I say cheap as hell and you know what cheap as hell looks like then thats it. Sorry but I am so very disappointed because My Mom and very best friend purchased living room and dining room furniture from them just after my purchase. I would have thought they would given me some consideration smh. rating my experience would be a zero if zero was included in the scale.
