It was a pleasure working with Paul. He was friendly, professional and he answered all of my questions. He didn't try to upsell me or get me to buy the most expensive mattress, he really helped me find the mattress that was right for me. I really appreciated his patience and kindness. I was so impressed by Paul, that I recommended him to my sister and she ended up getting a mattress as well. Thanks Paul read more

Thank you, Paul, it was great working with you. Best customer service, very straight forward, and it was a quick process. Appreciate it!

We went in today to get a mattress and Paul was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products and extremely patient. We left and shopped around at other stores, but we came back because he made us feel really comfortable and he helped us find just the right mattress (comfort and price wise). We highly recommend this location and ask for Paul. read more

Came here and bought the third mattress in about ten years (two mattresses for me previously on different occasions and one today for my parents). We have a thing for firm mattresses and keep coming back for the firm mattresses and excellent service. I would know since I had looked high and low all over the place before coming back to Ortho Mattresses each time. Eric the regional manager sleep specialist was tremendous help and gave us good deals. Make sure to get a mattress encasement to protect against dust mights, bed bugs, spills and allergans. Free same day delivery for in stock items! Highly recommend! read more

BEWARE OF THIS CO: If I could give this Co less than 1 star I would. I went to this Co to purchase a mattress for my bedroom. I have bought many mattresses before but with my permanent back injury the choice was more important than ever. I went to several stores for comparisons but I ran into the VP for this Co at their Culver City & Hawthorne location. This Rep named David who was fully aware of my 9 herniated discs assured me that his recommendation was strictly based on my condition. LIE! He told me the 4th of July sale had been extended & that my mattress was 1 price & another price for the mattress & power base. MORE LIES. When David met me the first time I was walking, the 2nd time in less than a wk I was in pain & on crutches. Upon speaking to the rude warranty associate Linda she stated that the power base Id been delivered was free so he never gave the upgraded power base nor was there ever a rate discount. JUST LIES TO A DISABLED CONSUMER. The cooling gel on the mattress does not work & they do not guarantee it once you buy it. I sweat through my entire pjs within 2 hrs. I woke up 3xs in the night & the power base was not comfortable like the 1 used in the showroom. I spent $2500 on a masters that feels no better than the ones I'd spent $800 on in the past. The delivery guys tore & stapled the base which was not the base I was told I'd receive. Linda was rude asf & said I'll have to transfer your concerns bcuz it's not a warranty issue then proceeded to hang up in my face. I thought they were a reputable Co but it seems more like an expansive mom and pop Company out for every dollar they can get. SMH. They refused to deal with the fact that their VP out right lied to sell a permanently injured woman a bad mattress with the wrong power base. To add insult to injury, they scheduled another delivery 4 the damaged power base wo any notification, consideration or confirmation for my schedule. I am totally disgusted & dissatisfied with this purchase, the lack of responsibility & integrity of this Co. Do Not Waste Your Time or Hard Earned Money. read more

Super ALLEN!!! I came into this location primarily just to browse. I figured no one would actually want tot help me on account of the budget that I was working with. Not only did I stay within my budget, this experience was hands down one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. Allen was my knight in mattress armor! Allen was very professional, he asked plenty of questions to gauge my needs and he didn't try to force a sale. Very informative when it came down to the product he was selling and I walked away not feeling anxious about my purchase. This is definitely my new mattress store, keep up the good work! read more

Larry was fantastic and extremely accommodating. He made buying a new mattress so easy and quick. I would highly recommend coming to Ortho Mattress when Larry is working! He is very personable and entertaining. 5 stars! read more

I bought my mattress from here. They were easy to deal with and delivery was great. I also discovered that price comparisons are impossible with mattresses, as the manufacturers name the same mattress a bunch of different names. read more

Just purchased the mattress of my dreams! Wow! Service is spectacular here. As I walked in, I browsed for a couple of minutes and felt no pressure from the salesmen. After looking a bit, Manuel approached me and ask questions about my sleeping patterns and explained a bit about mattresses. Then we started the process as I tried the mattresses that he recommended and soon after the 3rd one I fell in love with one. I never thought mattress shopping was fun until I visited Ortho. Manuel made suggestions and brought different pillows to see which one gave us the right neck support and comfort. Can't wait to sleep on my new bed. 2 thumbs up! Thanks Manuel and Ortho!!! read more

Just bought queen size mattress and frame for much less than had planned. Good deal on pillows too and David the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend buying bed and frame here. read more

Excellent experience! I went to the store to look for a replacement mattress. My husband and I hit the jackpot with the help of Neha Sahni! She was very helpful, and I must say she knows her stuff on mattress. She asked us what type of sleepers we were, which helped her direct us to the best mattress. Again, when looking for a mattress at Ortho, I recommend Neha to help you find your comfort needs! read more

We didn't think finding the right mattress would be this easy. Thanks for the help Jared and Manuel! Really great customer service!

NEVER GO HERE!!!! The lady was so rude and told me that I was wasting her time. She then proceeded to yell at my husband and I to get away from the camera because her boss would think someone was in the store. We were simply trying out different beds. I will NEVER go back!!!! read more

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I have NEVER had a worse experience with a sales person (this includes all of the car salesmen that I have encountered, and that should tell you something!). The second I walked through the door the tweaked-out blonde sales woman was on me like a hawk. I was very honest with her and told her I was looking to TEST the mattresses and get a feel for the pricing of the ones that I liked the most. Although I was looking to buy, I wanted to take my time deciding and find the right fit. This is an important purchase - and one that I will be living with for at least the next 5 years. Well she was not happy with that and would not leave me alone. She went right to my budget and what I was willing to spend - when I gave her a ballpark figure she said: "Ok. Well you're going to need to get away from all of these mattresses as they are out of your budget." SERIOUSLY!? HOW RUDE! TELL ME AGAIN HOW CHEAP I AM LADY. THAT WILL REALLY SELL ME! The thing is I have the money to buy any bloody mattress in the store - and I might just spend top dollar if I like it enough, but she wouldn't get out of my face long enough for me to try anything! I could not believe how aggressive, insulting, and overbearing her sales tactics were. She certainly sealed one deal - I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN! read more

The best customer service and prices ever! I went in and immediately David approached me with a smile. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered!! He and Peyton worked out an impressive deal. I had gone to several places. No other company was able to beat the deals here! read more

Can't believe the experience I had buying a mattress here..... from the moment I walked in Manuel the salesman of the day greeted me with a smile. I had done a bit of research since I had never bought a mattress in my life. Tempurpedic and beautyrest were the items I had narrowed down while doing research. I have sciatica and lower back problems since I work in railroad maintenance. I spent about 1 hour in the store trying out tempurpedic and spring mattresses. The choice for my back and comfort was clearly a tempurpedic cloud supreme breeze..... delivery was fast and the guys were in time. All I can say is that I am now getting the best sleep of my life and the pressure points in my back are gone. Thanks ortho mattress and Manuel read more

Not only do they have same day delivery they have a selection in stock (mostly twin). Manuel was not only helpful and professional but I was in and out over a lunch break at work. Great Customer Service! Peyton & Eric are both knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They had good recommendations for my 86 yr old Dad.

Great experience today! I'd gone to a few stores, and decided to go with a new california king mattress and pillows from this store. A big reason for choosing to purchase from this store was that I was very pleased with the customer service from Ashlynn and Eric, I never felt the sales pressure. Ashlynn was extremely helpful, and they hooked me up! Very excited for my new mattress/pillows to arrive in a couple days. Merry Christmas to me! Do yourself a favor, and go see Ashlynn and Eric, you won't be disappointed. read more

Was greeted in the store by David who was very knowledgeable about the beds and helped me to find the one that worked best for me. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the different bed types and even giving me time to lay on them for a bit to figure out which would be the best fit. Price was extremely fair and the delivery happened on time. I will be recommending and purchasing my future mattresses from this store! read more

Driving by I saw a SALE sign. I had been wanting a new mattress for over a year. I decided to stop in and came out with a new mattress and an adjustable bed frame. I am so in love with my new (adjustable) bed, it's amazing! I will never go back to a normal bed. Two weeks later my mom wanted a new mattress and adjustable bed frame too. So I brought her to this store. Wilson helped me the first time I came in and he was so patient and helpful. When I brought my mom in we got Manuel and he too was patient and very helpful. Their sales guys are awesome!! I will come back here in the future, for my next mattress! read more

After spending months with my mom trying to find her the perfect bed, we stopped in the Ortho Store on Rosecrans in Hawthorne one Sunday afternoon and found the perfect bed at a price that we could not turn down. Not only was the salesman Henry patient with my very frugal and demanding mom,he encouraged her to lay and try almost mattress in the store without pressuring her to make a purchased. Now that's what I call customer service. BTW we did purchase an adjustable bed and the futon I sat on while my mom worked Henry, because it was the most comfortable futon I have sat on in a long while. Update the bed we finally purchased was not the mattress we received. Apparently, the one we tried was a floor model and they sold it and had to search another one out from a different store location. It didn't feel the same... Kinda disappointed but I made it work. read more

Super stoked on the service and product from this location. Had known that I wanted a Tempurpedic Mattress for some time and only had a 30 minute window to make it happen. Manuel took notice of my situation, and quickly breezed me through the line (great selection ps) that they offered in store. I was able to wrap it all up and make my meeting on time, and within 24 hrs, was sleeping like a king on the Bentleys of Beds.
