I've been here a few times. They have tons of items although I wished they had more selections in their kitchenware and food items. It's usually packed in here and the line area is so tight and claustrophobic. Perhaps faster service area so the line can flow more smoothly. Overall no real complaints as far as service goes, it's okay. My suggestion is better selection. ..but TONS of Christmas decor just in time for the holidays

This may be my favorite Marshall's. It's part of the Del Amo Mall, with it's own entrance in the front. The back entrance takes you straight into the rest of the mall. Checkout counters on the right; clothes in the middle; shoes on the left; cosmetics and other personal products; socks; under garments; pajamas; toys; kitchen ware; bathroom accessories; pet supplies; you name it, they most likely sell it. Retail therapy.

This Marshall's location is attached to the far end of Del Amo mall next to Sears. It's a bit smaller and a little cramped, but it's worth looking through. Marshall's is usually a hit or miss, but I ALWAYS find something every single visit. I don't know why I don't shop at Marshall's more often. Their prices on merchandise are super affordable. The name brand things you find at the mall, you can find here for almost half off. On my most recent purchase, I scored myself 3 pairs of tennis shoes (2 Adidas and 1 Under Armour) for under $85!! And I found the bf a pair of Nike tennis shoes for $40. Yay me!! I've also purchased things like a backpack, socks, some tank tops and shorts. And don't even get me started on the beauty section. I could spend a whole day looking in just that one department. Like I said in the beginning, the store itself is smaller than other locations. Depending on what day and time you come in, the store may be in pristine condition or it could be a mess. Thankfully, I've never seen it too messy. I wasn't too impressed with their housewares section though. There wasn't much to look at and it was more random crap than anything else. The cashiers I have encountered seemed pretty nice. All in all, I like this Marshall's a lot and I know for a fact I'll be back again when I'm in town.

There is this cashier who is just really rude. Avoid her. She is the one with really bad gums and plaque in her teeth.

The little, Sale clothing rack outside Bohemian Coco drew me near... upon touching the things hanging on it, I instantly wanted everything I touched! But I needed to let the shopkeeper know that one of her hangers was broken. (I later bought that dress too, lol!) Turning around to the display window I had to smile, this was my kinda place! I fell in love with the crisp white dress I saw on the mannequin and with what I just gone through the last six months had the body to fill it out! Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The employees closely followed us throughout the store and made us feel as though we were being watched because they assumed we might steal something. The treatment we received felt like racial profiling, and it was both embarrassing and hurtful. Rather than feeling like valued customers, we felt judged and singled out. Despite the uncomfortable atmosphere, I still made a purchase and bought a pair of earrings. However, that purchase was only a fraction of what I intended to spend. I came into the store fully prepared to buy multiple items and would have gladly spent considerably more. Instead, the employees' behavior completely discouraged me from continuing to shop. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the store lost out on a much larger sale because of the way my daughters and I were treated. Customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected--not scrutinized and judged. Had we been treated with kindness and professionalism, I likely would have purchased several additional items and returned in the future. I also noticed several other potential customers walk into the store and quickly leave without making a purchase. Customer service plays a huge role in whether people choose to shop and spend money, and unfortunately, that was severely lacking during my visit. I have never felt so profiled while shopping before, and it was a deeply upsetting experience. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable because of their appearance, race, or background. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. Sadly, what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience turned into one that left me feeling unwelcome, disappointed, and unlikely to return

Once inside, what you will find is all of the things that you would expect from a thrift store; namely: clothing, household items, furniture, art, books, records, and a little bit of everything else. One of the great things about this thrift shop is that they often have sales. Though you never really know when this is going to take place, but walking in there, they let you know what the sale is going be. So, From this, a lot of times you can get clothing and other items really-really cheap. The shop is very well laid out. It's a large open space. Within it, the shop has rows and rows of clothing and other things, like the household items are near the back. Whereas, items such as books, records, and household items are on shelves along the walls. It's a very clean, open, and airy place to shop. They have a small parking lot in front. So, if there's a parking space available, you can grab it there. If not, you can always get a space along Hawthorne Boulevard. Overall, this is a fun place to shop. I cannot get over some of the designer items I have found here at outrageous prices. I feel like I'm a winner every time I come here because I get beautiful pieces as such great prices. THE NOT SO GREAT: Selling. Their process must be working because their inventory is outstanding. But it's not great to sell here. They take little and the money they give you doesn't cover the gas cost to get there. A waste. Bring your stuff across the street to Uptown Cheapskate (who's shopping experience is...gritty, not in a good way) or up to Crossroads Culver City (the best of the best, in my opinion). Pants. How are the pants and denim organized? Un-discernable. Any method other than organizing by size is laughable. I don't even look at pants here ever because who has time to search for the size tags? The only option here was cash. This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12.
