Sometimes Macy's or JCP will have better prices during a big sale. What you will find is a great selection of sizes. We saw some sizes you never see in regular retail stores. The did have a couple of major clearence racks that were dirt cheap. You just have to be a not-normal size because all the medium and large items were pretty picked through. What stood out, though, was the custom service. We had at least 4 people ask if we needed anything, and we did have a couple of questions, so that was great. They did ask us if anyone helped us when we made a purchase (from the 80% off rack) so I assume there is some kind of commision paid. We were there right when the opened, which was great because nobody was in line. When we came back later, deciding we wanted to buy something else, we found the line was long. And even though 5-6 people were ringing up customers, it was still slow. Partly because they try to get everyone to sign up for the membership program to earn points.
