She took her time explaining the different styles and options and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or a bother to her. She made me feel good about my $200+ purchase. I hope she is recognized for her quality customer service because that kind of salesmanship and personality is what most retail personnel lack and she's got it! Thank you Savannah.

There were maybe 5-6 staff and 3 were huddled together gossiping. I asked for help and Rina pointed a direction to go to. It seemed she didn't want to help me and definitely made me feel uncomfortable. And then all the staff kept joking around, shouting back and forth, running around. Was definitely very confused to the atmosphere and vibe. I still made a purchase but sadly Rina was the one to check me out and she definitely came off a little judgmental. The staff is usually well attentive while you're shopping and explains all the current sales. Typically the selections of New Balance sneakers are extensive. Their shoes are very comfortable and offer regular and wide options. The deals here are consistently great. Some weekends 50% off or sometimes they offer buy 1 get 1 one 50% off.
