Go to another vendor that gives a crap about customer service. We placed a large order with them that we needed in time for the holidays. We brought actual physical samples (which we bought from this same vendor the previous week) and showed them exactly what we wanted (size, color, type of shirt). They were out of stock on the color we wanted for one of the items so they told us we would have to get blue instead of black just for that type of shirt. Whoever took the order on their side wrote the color wrong and so we ended up with 85 sweatshirts of the wrong color. The sweatshirts were the largest part of the order and cost more than $500. These went straight to the print shop so we didn't see their mistake until the sweatshirts were already customized. The business refuses to rectify this mistake. The owner, Eric, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was unwilling to make any attempts at correcting HIS company's mistake. We now cannot give the gifts we planned for our entire staff for Christmas. These guys stole Christmas from our staff.
