What are you looking for?" No welcome, no courtesy, no basic customer service. I believe the person was the owner, an older bald gentleman. I asked for women's pants, and apparently there are basically zero options for women. He went to the back, grabbed one pair, and said, "Here, this is all we got." That was it. Nothing displayed, no options to browse, and absolutely no effort to help. It's honestly impressive how quickly a business can lose a potential customer. People walk into stores because they want to spend their money not because they're asking for a favor. If you're going to run a retail business, basic respect and customer service should be a given. I left with my money still in my pocket, and based on this experience, I have no reason to come back

Wow..... Do these guys have a hearing problem? It looks like they can't follow instructions very well. Not only there prices are very expensive, Galls is cheaper and better than this pile of steaming crap! And this is a major understatement. Not only they make mistakes on your uniform, they want to add additional charges to your order! And the funny thing is that the "extra items" they want bill are already paid for! WTF!!!!!!!!!! And it's not my first run in with this gutter house of a store they so call it. When you approach the old fuck by the counter,he'll give you the most sour attitude like your "wasting his valuable time" he so proclaims. Like the good ol saying: Fool me once shame on you Fool me twice shame on me. I will never buy anything from these cocksuckers as long there is Galls and or LAPG in existence. P.S. If the owner of this forsaken establishment is reading this, which I highly doubt....... Go fuck your self. :3 read more

Fantastic uniform shop. Dealt with them for years, never had a problem. Service is always friendly…read more(which is more than I can say for some of their saltier competitors whose shops I've wandered into in times past ...). It's nice to be able to go into a small shop and deal with the same two pleasant people over and over again. They only charge $2.00+tax/per hash mark (material and sewing included). The shop also manufactures custom-sized external slick or load bearing carriers for your individual set of agency-issued soft armor. You can get them in both "Class A/B" or "Class C" configurations. Although the apparent default configuration for their LBVs seems to include integrated duty gear pouches, they will substitute said pouches with MOLLE/PALS webbing at no extra cost (if you use an agency voucher - individually funded LBVs may vary, and obviously check with your own agency policies first before deviating from default specs). If you can, I recommend going this route instead and strapping on your preferred MOLLE/PALS-compatible pouches - the biggest reason is that the default cuff pouches on your 4 and 8 o'clock are less than ideal for a multitude of reasons (that become immediately apparent), but there are also good reasons to eschew the integrated standard front pouches in favor of said webbing: 1) The standard integrated pistol magazine pouches have velcro flaps, and are too tall for some more compact magazines (e.g. G19). 2) The standard integrated collapsible baton pouch is just a waste of real estate if you carry a rigid PR-24 or Koga baton (and not something like an ASP). And even if you prefer an ASP-type collapsible baton, the standard pouch is clearly set up for retention and *NOT* speed/ease of rapid deployment. At best, this pouch is probably more useful for a larger-sized flashlight. 3) You can better position your pouches exactly where you want them (in a more convenient location) if you go the MOLLE/PALS. 4) You have more potential for greater load bearing capacity with the webbing than with the standard set of integrated pouches. All that said, the standard breast pockets are fine.
