Personally, i started to come to this location because my brother gets all his uniform uniforms here. he works for the MTA. They're pretty much set up for law-enforcement and other county and city Departments. they do an excellent job, & have a great section of different types of uniforms . He gets a lot of custom work done like patches or name sewn on his uniforms. For a while, I was buying my pants here until my department decided to change colors and style we were wearing ,,, hahahahaha . So I had to find another company for myself. Besides that they always had great service. Their selection is excellent.. The people that work there are extremely nice and friendly. And their prices are actually pretty good since most uniforms are kind of expensive but once they get to know you and (you're nice), they usually give you a discount... on certain items. For the short time that I had been coming here to purchase my pants they were always so cool and I never had any problems. I think it's a pretty great store . The prices are reasonable. Went to Sinatra Uniform on Wednesday April 3rd at around noon. It was an urgent matter as I was returning to patrol the following week and needed uniforms asap. The service is good and they take their time to help you out. It takes a bit to get your uniform, but that's to be expected with a high quality fit. The price is frankly, too much. I don't mind spending money on quality but even I was taken aback by the total for two uniforms. Fit and finish were great and I was happy, so whatever, the price is ok. Fast forward 1.5 years and the uniforms are more patch than anything else at this point. Almost every seam has let go, the chest pocket velcro has worn holes in my biceps, there's excessive wear everywhere. I am astonished. Old school Sinatra's lasted years and years, these didn't make it two. I will come back for a dress uniform for interviews and ceremonies, but zero percent chance I spend that kind of money on a patrol uniform again. read more

Had a very personalized experience at Sinatra. I'm on the petite side so my uniforms needed A LOT of work done. Customer service was excellent, Sara was super attentive. Had to bring one shirt back for additional work afterwards with a tight deadline, and staff was extremely accommodating despite being swamped with other orders. Some people might say it's expensive, but as a person who's sewn costumes before and considering the amount of work I needed done and the turn around, prices are very fair.
