When I drop off the shoes I asked the man in charge(I believe his the owner) if he can fix all the damage of the shoes and he confirm that it was going to be fixed. You have to pay on front, that is their policy(that's what he told me. I picked up my boots and the only thing he fixed was the heels of the boots.When he gave me the shoes in a bag, he did not tell me what type of repairs were done on the shoes. I had to take the shoes out the bag and asked him the reason the shoes were not repair as he promised. He said that it was ok to wear it like that. I did not want to go on any further and I just left the store. There was a reason he asked to pay him in full before the job is done. I will never come back to this place.

But the sneakers came out looking like new. Then came my arctic white Mackage boots, which I have cleaned every time I go on a winter vacation. Joe also takes care of my beloved large mustard-colored leather Tory Burch bag. I learned that it needs to be conditioned every six months, just like my suede footwear. I just moved to Santa Clarita, but I dropped off my shoes at Joe's again. Imagine the level of my loyalty and appreciation!

Phenomenal work on both my Harley-Davidson boots and my Christian Louboutin heels…read more The Louboutins were in rough shape--both heels had fallen off, the leather was scuffed down, and the red bottoms were completely worn. He made them look brand new. He repaired the leather on the heels, replaced the heel tips, and even restored the red soles perfectly. As for the Harley-Davidson boots, the sole was coming off, and he glued it back on flawlessly and cleaned them up so they look amazing again. I highly recommend these guys to anyone--especially if you need designer repairs. They seriously do great work:)
