Friend ended getting sport jacket, shirt, slacks and tie. He needed alterations on sport jacket sleeves and slacks. Total price was over $325. They get you on the alterations. Which now leads to getting it done supposedly at 3pm the next day. Employee lady asked the alteration person if it could be done. They said yes. This would've been perfect because my friend has no transportation other then another friend would be in the area to help him pick it up. And immediately have to go home to beat the traffic. But noooo, it didn't happened. So this is the next day and they're there to pick up. Employee says not ready. Won't be ready til 6pm. *&%*$#. That's an additional 3 hours. No consideration. So they waited and waited and then it was done about 5-ish. They picked up and left because they were tired and wanted to leave. No discount to compensate the extra time waiting. PLUS, they messed up on the sport jacket. It didn't button. We think they did a switcheroo. Another word be bait n switch. The sport jacket he had tried on earlier and purchased, he could button it. The one received could not be button. We are very disappointed in their workmanship and customer service. It was wrong to take advantage of customers. We won't be coming back nor recommend this place to others.

She took my measurements and told me that she had a dress that would fit and it would be back in the shop the next day. We got sleeves added to it and paid an extra $85 for it. I told her I'd be back Friday and we had it written down. I returned twice and both times she didn't have the dress in the shop after telling me it was. I told her I didn't live close and every time I returned it was an excuse. When I finally came I tried on the dress and I let her know that it was right around my hips and she told me that it would be fine. I didn't bother to try and sit because I trusted her. Flash forward a couple days before my wedding I decide to try on my dress and I attempt to sit and I can't sit. I took my dress today back to let her know I need it fixed and she tells me that she won't fix anything that it's been a month. When I had last been there she informed me that I could bring it back anytime if there was an issue. So to be told that she wouldn't do anything when she was in the wrong was bull. She said she wouldn't help and that it was my fault that it didn't fit. What type of customer service is that? My wedding is on Saturday and now I'm scrambling to find someone who can fix this dress. I don't recommend anyone to come to this shop. It's the worst customer service and they don't care at all about their customers. I understand why there is only two stars. This place deserves 0 stars. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. At the first fitting, Jerry proudly presented the finished suit and shirt, walking me through every thoughtful detail. He explained the stitching, pointed out how the trousers were subtly tailored at the hem to drape perfectly over the shoes, highlighted the custom embroidery, and even showed the sweat guards sewn into the suit--along with countless other details I would have never noticed on my own. I thought I was coming in for a consultation, and I liked the fabrics and patterns we came up with, but he was disappointed that I was not ready to throw down $4,000 for the custom suit that day. (He convinced me that anything cheaper in his shop wasn't worth my time.) I can see why he likes to close the deal the day of. The more I thought about it, the less comfortable I felt throwing down than much for this suit... I had a few other reasons, too. Anyway, I sent a message to the store the next day, politely explaining why that I appreciated Jerry's time, but the shop wasn't for me. Jerry ended up calling me, and I wish I hadn't answered. He started trying to get me to get his cheaper stuff that had already talked me out of. He was pushy, dismissive of my reasons and all around unpleasant. I think they have some off the-rack suits available, too, and I believe they offer tailoring, but I am no longer interested. Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

I usually don't have that issue, however my daughter said she felt uncomfortable this particular day because they followed her as if she's going to steal something. It made her shopping experience uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. I did not know she felt this way. She said she will no longer shop their in the afternoon only mornings because it seems in the mornings they don't make her feel this way. I guess it depends who is working at the time. The cash register girl, was friendly. It was the person who was working the floor that made her feel this way. The pants I purchased were on sale, and they seem to be good quality so far.
