I'd rented from this company about 20 years ago. I was immediately greeted by Yulia. She was one of the best sales people I have ever had dealings with! She was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and totally professional! She made the process a total, wonderful experience! Just not willing to make unreasonable request. I put the down payment on my CC and then came back a day later asked if i can have them refund my card and i would pay the whole amount in cash... The owner said NO! You can pay only for the balance in cash. I asked why, he stated that it would hurt his business. Really either way the business was still getting the full amount requested I just needed to pay full amount in cash!!! read more

We rented a tux here for my brother in law's prom, he was the first out of my BIL's to go to prom so we wanted to make sure we were getting what we paid for.. As for the tux, WOW this tux was very nice and made my bro in law look very handsome.
