Javier was the gentleman who help me out was unsure what to go for and the event was at the Magic Castle... not only did he go over and above and tried different things to get the best fit he was knowledgeable and lived experience. Definitely was in good hands. The selection was a classic black and white suit vest and all and man felt really good for the occasion. Best of all didn't burn a hole in the wallet well priced. I'd rented from this company about 20 years ago. I was immediately greeted by Yulia. She was one of the best sales people I have ever had dealings with! She was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and totally professional! She made the process a total, wonderful experience! Just not willing to make unreasonable request. I put the down payment on my CC and then came back a day later asked if i can have them refund my card and i would pay the whole amount in cash... The owner said NO! You can pay only for the balance in cash. I asked why, he stated that it would hurt his business. We rented a tux here for my brother in law's prom, he was the first out of my BIL's to go to prom so we wanted to make sure we were getting what we paid for.. As for the tux, WOW this tux was very nice and made my bro in law look very handsome. When you come here, you will be greeted, and have someone help you promptly and get you moving. No wasting of your time. I came here after work, got helped and still got home at a decent time.
