Totally worth every penny! I originally tried to save money by going to Huntington Park to purchase my daughter's dress, even though it had always been her dream to be an M2K Queen. Unfortunately, I ended up getting ripped off at a store called Nova Bridal, and it was such a heartbreaking experience. Thankfully, Moda came to the rescue! They were able to make my daughter's dream come true and get her the most beautiful dress in just one month! Even though the dress was pricey, it was worth every single penny. There is truly no price you can put on seeing your beautiful daughter light up in her dream dress. The quality is absolutely amazing, and the dresses at Moda are truly one of a kind. You can tell that so much love and attention to detail goes into every dress. As they say, "Lo barato sale caro!" I definitely learned my lesson. I should have gone with Moda from the beginning, and I would have saved myself the headache and heartbreak of being ripped off. Thank you, Moda, for saving the day and for making my daughter's dream come true! Her dress is absolutely beautiful, high-quality, and everything she dreamed of. There really is no place like Moda! read more

The lady was rude she will not give me time to take pictures with my daughter she was rushing us asfter buying a dresses of $3,000 dollars

Claudia Gomez was amazing! If you come try on a dress ask for her. She is super friendly and helpful.

The place is huge and has an incredible selection of gorgeous ballgowns in a great range of colors. The staff and friendly, professional and very organized. They set you up in your own space. (Each party gets their own coach). The couches are arranged in front of a huge area with mirrors and platforms. After selecting the dresses you want to try on, an attendant takes your daughter to the fitting rooms and assists them with putting them on one by one before coming out for the fam to see and assist with choosing "the one". The staff are super nice, not pushy, and don't rush you. Our daughter's dress was about $2600, but definitely worth it. Great experience. The staff make the process of finding a dress enjoyable and not stressful. read more

I'm beyond frustrated with myself and Moda 2000. Let's start by noting that this place is like a factory, every person is there to sell you the quinceañera experience and a dress. Before the appointment, I clearly stated that we were not looking for a traditional quinceañera dress, we were interested in a ball gown. They asked me to text them pictures of the dresses we had in mind. After I texted pictures they assured me that they had plenty of ball gowns options. We drove 6 hrs to get there. We arrived 15 minutes early and there was a line to get in, but they got us in right at 10am. We got assigned a personal assistant. They told us to pick our top 3 dresses so my girl can try out. All dresses on display are traditional quinceañera dresses, if you are looking for this style, this is your place. If you have in mind an elegant ball gown this is not the place. We lost 2 hours there with no choices for us. After their show, we told them that we didn't like any of the dresses. 2-3 more sales girls came out and showed us dresses in their back room, their ballgown selection is very limited. They put a lot of pressure on you to pick a dress and they don't give u a time to discuss as a family. They go in the back with your girl and brain washed them into a dress. My girl liked only 1 dress but I knew it wasn't "the" dress. she was overwhelmed by all her "-assistants", we were there for almost 5 hours, the next set of appointments was almost over and we were still there. My family was tired, hungry and ready to go. We ended up buying the 1 dress but we regretted 100%. I was ready to walk out empty handed, but they persuaded my baby girl to say yes to a dress that she liked but not loved. Please don't let them pressure you, take your time and it's totally ok to say NO. If you are not convinced, don't let them decide for you, keep looking there is a perfect dress somewhere else. read more

We found my daughters quinceañera dress here. It was the last dress she had tried on and we knew that was going to be the one, the staff here was helpful and kind. Just want to say huge shout out to Rosie Cruz for helping us in the fitting room with my daughters dress when we went back for her alterations, she was helpful and educated us on putting the dress on. read more

Definitely worth it for the experience! We brought my daughter here for her quince dress and she tried on so many dresses because she was unsure of style and color she wanted. They were patient and gave her recommendations and we were so happy she finally said Yessss to the dress! I had a little dance with my daughter and she was definitely happy about the one she chose. We need to return to pick it up and final fitting next month. Make sure you give yourself enough time for dress to be ready for your special day. read more

Horrible experience. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. My daughter's big day is on July 4th, and I was originally told that her dress would arrive a month before the event. I repeatedly called for updates, and each time the delivery date kept changing. I scheduled and paid for her pre-photo shoot on June 7th because I was told the dress would arrive on May 31st. When I followed up, I was then told the new arrival date would be June 2nd. After spending money on flights and a photographer's deposit, I was informed that the dress would not arrive until June 9th. As a result, I had to cancel everything and lost over $1,000. If I had not continuously called and insisted on updates, I believe it would have taken even longer for them to schedule an appointment for me to pick up the dress. When we finally received the dress, I was unhappy with how short it looked on my daughter. What frustrated me most was that they asked if there was anything I didn't like about the dress, yet every concern I raised was met with, "There's nothing we can do." If no adjustments can be made, then why ask for feedback in the first place? In the end, I spent over $4,000 on a dress, and because of the delays, my daughter was unable to have the pre-photo shoot we had planned and paid for. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this business. read more

We had such a great experience at Moda 2000! My daughter found the perfect dress -- it was the only piece left, and she absolutely fell in love with it and a unique color. The staff was so helpful and patient, making sure everything fit her beautifully. The quality of the dress is amazing, and we got it at a great price too. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about making each customer feel special. I'm so happy we chose Moda 2000 for her dress -- highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a quinceañera or special occasion! read more

I just wanted to share my experience here as a non Hispanic person. I am a Korean American woman who can speak fluent Spanish ( cuz I was raised in South America), who's intention were to go there to find a dress as a BRIDE. The typical bridal dresses weren't my style so I decided to give Quince dresses a try. I booked an appointment first thing they had, and upon greeting the front person, they had me follow a young girl, however, last minute they decided another older lady for me to follow. At that moment, even though it was subtle, I knew that I wasn't priority there. I understand, it is a Quinceanera boutique, but they assured me that brides comes in all the time. As the very nice lady (Martha) guided me to the back section where they had the bridal dresses, I chose one bridal dress and then made my selection in the quince dresses ( which were immaculate). Now here's where I felt a little discriminated. They put me in the back "dressing room" which was just a storage closet. They had large boxes, multiple dresses that were clearly meant to be storage. I should have complained at that time, but I'm already feeling uncomfortable, so I just stuff myself into the closet. The thing is, there wasn't anyone on the other side where there was a wall of mirrors. On my side there was one full length mirror and full of sale's rack dresses. I get it it's the "bride section" but if you were to go to any bridal boutique, do you think they would put you in a storage closet? I just wanted to be treated like any other person who's about to spend over 2k on a dress. I just hope the staff there see's this and learn to treat everyone equally. read more

Thank you so much to Melissa at Moda 2000, great customer service and everything on time with my daughters 15 dress.

Well done to the team at Moda2000. Everyone is welcoming and supportive in helping the quince girl find her perfect dress! They don't give up until you find what you're looking for! My god daughter wanted green! So green it was! We went through all the racks and found 3 she liked. After trying on the 3, the one she actually wanted, they asked to put it back on and let them celebrate with her by having the dj announce she picked the dress and everyone clapped and cheered! It was a perfect celebration for both the quince and the parents paying for the dress. Thank you ladies at Moda2000! You guys were awesome! Now onto the rest of the planning! read more

We made an appointment the night before to come in at 10 AM from Fresno. We were already accepting the fact that we booked last minute and it was a request so we knew it was not guaranteed. Keep in mind, this is the first time our girl was going to be trying on dresses and we did not intend on purchasing a dress. Our appointment was confirmed within an hour. When we arrived into town, we got there at 9:35 AM. We were greeted and our daughter was congratulated for her upcoming quince. We were seated immediately in a section with our daughter's name posted in the section on a glowing heart (sooo adorable). Our sales consultant Claudia greeted us and was so welcoming. She spoke only English. Lucky my husband and daughter were fluent in English while I can only understand so much. Lol. Claudia asked us what color we were looking to get and we were instructed to go pick out our top 3 from the selection they had. They had many colors to choose from and many designs. There were multiple girls there trying on dresses. We didn't have to wait long to see our girl try on her dresses. Claudia and other employees admired our girl as she came out in each dress. Our girl is usually very shy and she felt so good and confident. We took everything into consideration and we appreciated not being rushed. The last dress our girl tried on was theee dress! She said yes to the dress. They asked if they can take pictures of her saying yes to the dress to post on their Instagram. They also asked if they can announce and congratulate her on saying yes to her dream dress and also asked us if we can do a short father daughter, dance, and mother daughter dance, which topped everything off. Made everything so special. Remember when I said we didn't plan on purchasing during our visit? With the amazing experience we had, it would've felt wrong to not purchase our girl's dream dress from Moda2000. We appreciate everything!!! read more

It took 1 hour and 30m before the first dress was tried on. It was a busy Saturday morning and we had an appointment. They need to make less appointments if they can't handle the volume. It was a very impersonal experience and we felt like they just wanted to sell as many dresses as they could. My daughter was uncomfortable during the whole experience. I would not recommend this place. read more
