Almost makes me feel like a criminal in the sense that they think i am there to steal, and they like can't even hide it. They're not friendly at all, they lack that welcoming environment so much. I went today to see if its changed and it has not. Its safe to say, we are done for good with them. I rather pay more and drive further out to buy our sports gear. If theres anything they can change is; don't assume people are just going to rob you, and if you do assume do not make it obvious, still be helpful and friendly because you don't know if someone might be a loyal and returning customer, smile and be friendly, customer service is one of the most important things in keeping customers! I went one of those 3 times about 5 yrs ago. 5 months pregnant, with my 2 sons (aged 4 and 6) to get my husband a father's day gift and even then, I felt that way. They have a nice clean store and set up. We usually like to help mom and pop stores, but this is just ridiculous the lack of customer service.

Finally getting around to giving this place a much deserved review. I've been coming to this place since my high school days. They always take good care of me. I'm not the most fashionable guy so it's always nice going somewhere they help get you set up in the right style for the right occasion. I think the guy that usually takes care of me is Joe. He is always in a great mood and very friendly to talk with. He definitely know his job. Last time I went in it was for a last minute rental I needed for an out of town wedding. Once again they were great. I needed to pick it up Thusday and return late Monday and he was able to arrange that for me. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a tux rental. The rental tuxedo experience for my youngest son's wedding on 6/20/26 deserves way more than 5 stars. My son and his wedding party were very well taken care of from beginning to end. As fate would have it, this was the very same place I had my wedding groomsmen rent from 34 years prior. Chuck the current owner was actually the son of the business owner back then who he took the business over from his father. Chuck is extremely driven to make sure ALL his customers receive only the best service. The price was within my son's budget too. Don't go any place else. Come see Chuck first when shopping around. After visiting Men's Wearhouse and spending hours looking for something through their catalogs, the challenge of finding a nice modern tux for a wedding was becoming daunting and a hassle. This was our first time renting a tux and would go back. They were very helpful since it turned out a tux was not needed so we had to change the pants to regular suit pants. Called to see if it was something that we could do and they said they'd have it ready when we went to pick it up. This was very convenient since we do not live so close. I had to rent a suit for an out of state Christmas party. My wife suggest this place. This place was more then I expected. Chuck was very attentive. My Wife and I were in and out very quickly. The suit fit me to a T. Due to all the weight I am losing that I could actually look good in a suit( my Wife's comment). I wish I gotten a suit there when I was married ( my Wife's comment again.
