This is my go to suit outfitter in Downtown L.A. for my husband and son's suits since I found them 5 years ago. Thank you Ellie for your prompt great service yesterday (1/5/19). My son needed a suit for work and immediately right when we walked in, Ellie knew his exact size. Ellie knows his business! We were in and out in 30 minutes tops plus 10 mins for alterations that was just a few doors down. Now that was a great experience! For $150, my son got a great black three piece slim fit suit, shirt, tie, shoes, and socks. Yes, the only downside is parking, but we managed to find parking down on the corner of Pico and Santee and took a nice stroll over. Be careful, those fools that advertise parking for $5 or $3 is a rip off. They lead you to think that is all you pay until you park and see the sign that it's only for the first 20-30 mins and then $3 for every 30 mins after. You end up paying $15. SMH Other than that, Neda Mens Wear (www.gosuit.com) is the place to go if you're looking for a good suit all inclusive at a great price. Will definitely be back again! Thank you! read more

Not sure how they can be profitable making these kind of borderline insane offers... but I would highly recommend everyone in the market for a new suit to get in on this before they come to their senses. Worst location for suits. We made a large order for suits and the owner being the one to help us, he placed the order and made us wait 2 months to find out that he ordered the wrong suit and did NOT take responsibility until the whole group had to argue it wasn't the suit we all originally purchased. He argued that no refunds after 30 days of purchase even though he was the one who messed up on the suit order and was just the worst in customer service. He ended giving us different suits at the end and still was upset that we made him give us different suits due to HIS MISTAKES. The suit we ended up taking ended up falling apart and the pockets and buttons fell due to it being poorly made. If you're desperate for a suit then go here but expect poor quality and bad customer service on top of waiting for the suit. Would highly recommend just going to macys and getting a suit there for 80 bucks than paying over 160 for a cheaply made suit supposedly being "custom made" read more

My boyfriend needed to buy a new suit, we browsed a few boutique around downtown LA - Fashion District, we felt that this place had quite a lot of selection to choose from and the price is just right. A whole outfit (blazer, dress pants, tie, dress shirt, dress shoes, handkerchief, vest, belt) came out to be $150 total. Such great deals! Additionally the material was really good. The staff there also made sure that everything fitted nicely and offered tayloring the pants for $5 (such it was slightly long). Definitely can't find this price at any mall. Went in this afternoon to get groomsmen outfits for my brothers wedding with a couple of the groomsmen. Decided to check this place out since it had very good reviews. As soon as we went in, the manager knew exactly what we needed and we didn't even have to tell him what size the guys were. With one look he was able to determine what size shirts, pants, jacket and shoes they were. Absolutely great customer service! Manager was very friendly and made sure we got what we wanted. The only reason why I give 3 stars now is that I did encounter an issue is getting the correct color for the wedding. I had attempted to reach out to the manger multiple times as I don't live near by and when I eventually was able to get ahold of him, it took multiple visits to LA to eventually get the color I needed. To top it off, when I went into the store the last time to get the final correct color I had asked his assistant why the owner/manger wouldn't answer his calls and she let me know that I was contacting the wrong number and that he has never had that phone number. I don't think she realized that I had spoken to him once on that same phone number. Just admit that he has been busy or that he refused to speak with me rather than lie that it's the wrong number. Do NOT order on-line. They take your money and then do nothing, They have had my money for a month. I have phoned them twice, e-mailed them and even used the 'contact us' tab on their site. This was certainly one of the better buying experiences of many many many. I hate paying top dollar for suits. Yes, I'm cheap. But I don't like wearing crap either. I called, and they said their suits start at $120. When I heard that, I assumed it was the typical bait & switch I've seen so many times, where the "starting price" is for a suit made out of recycled underwear or some crap like that. So I planned on spending about twice that. But no... that was the actual starting price of their fairly nice suits. And there was no upsell. It was just like, here's the suit you called about in the color you asked for. Try it on. I wound up buying the first suit I tried on, and I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. The alterations are done same-day by a tailor shop around the corner. Is this a Brooks Brothers or Tom Ford level suit? No. But it was $120, not $5,000. And it's good enough. Very awesome experience with these guys. Came to Santee Alley looking for a tuxedo for myself and groomsmen, and their prices to own a tuxedo/suit beat Men's Wearhouse rental charges! I am very pleased with my purchases, from price, customer service, fulfillment, and even tailoring! They were able to get my pants hemmed the day I picked up my tuxedo.
