This place was quite the different clothing shopping experience. The retail assistants came over and gave me quite the informative tour. He told me that the clothes were sectioned by whole outfits and categorized by color themes. I tried on a couple different things and liked some of their jackets. Now what was really different about this store was the infinity changing room. It was something I've never seen before and felt like quite the trip. Trying on clothes with the infinity mirrors gave me almost an artistic expression to myself and the clothes I was trying on.

I tried on a couple of the fits and while the price was a bit upscale, there was one jacket that I had to get. Has the Asian Kanye Migos vibe to it. For those who haven't been here before, you have to check out the infinity dressing room. It's something I've never seen before, very trippy to try on clothes in synchrony with the 100s of reflections of yourself. Japanese influences with a touch of rebellious modernity, definitely a place people should check out.

As soon as I entered the door I was met with a huge smile and welcoming vibe in a store that looks more like a museum than a street wear store filled with exquisite photos, paintings and trendy men's street wear. The manager Tommy/Tony helped me track down everything my boyfriend had been looking for or had in mind as far as his style. I frequent Fairfax and La Brea when I'm visiting Los Angeles and have had good customer service but the guys at SSUR Los Angeles are the best with their assistance when it comes to their clients.

When I balked at paying for the work that was never done I was forced to leave my jeans there (hope they enjoyed them). Recently the business owner responded to my review saying that this isn't the level of service they expect to offer... The fact that it took 10 years for them to respond to a yelp review is incredibly funny, but very in par with the service, or lack thereof, I had received in person. Ultimately they are a small business and I wish them all the best, but I just don't see them doing anything to address their pattern of bad service nor the theft of my jeans, which they've never apologized for nor offered to make right.
