I would like to say that this location provided extremely well customer service from all levels of staff I've had to come here 3 days has a new father purchasing toddler shoes it's a learning experience . But it was an easy transition they allowed me to go multiple times to exchange the shoes and ordered and shipped the correct size to my house free of charge . I would like to thank the store manager Jonathan . For leading by example and showing that wss cares about the customer or sales. Every time I've come here the store looks like it's ran by a bunch of kids. The girls do nothing but stand around and flirt with the guys in the store all day. The guys are lazy and (also) just stand around and flirt. The store manager allows all his employees to be unprofessional.. I was helped by a young lady named elsmarelda. She was so kind and helpful during my time inside the store looking for certain apparel. They did not have what I was looking for on the floor. Esmeralda took time from her job at stacking and sorting things to help me. She listened to my request, and drop everything she was doing to go check the back to find out if they had what I was looking for. The whole time she smiled and made sure that I was happy with my purchase and wanted to know if I needed anything else. She also told me about other sales they were having and that was helpful too. Horrible customer service! They opened late, have no variety whatsoever. When they say it opens at 9, it means doors open @9. Not 9:15. There was about 8 of us waiting outside! Then I ask another young lady on the floor for some help and I nicely told her thank you for the helping she didn't even bother to respond. I didn't see anybody smile nor approach other customers For assistants. Horrible Customer service they are always like watch dogs behind your back to see if you try to steal something from the store. Have a very small selection of shoes and most common sizes are gone quickly. Horrible security service asking to check your personal bag to see if anything was stolen.
