    Brand new shoes. not even a scratch. SMH

    I went in to buy work shoes specifically steel toed because unfortunately this is the only store around me that sells them. I used the shoes one time for a little under 3 hours and the laces snapped, doing light work. I contacted customer service and they basically said they can't do anything about it and I need to contact the store manager. They didn't even try to help me. I called the store multiple times and no answer. I spent a lot of money for bad quality shoes and I can't be refunded because they need to be "un used". So disappointing :( shop at a shoe store with reasonable policies, not ugly places like this who won't take accountability or offer support for defected shoes.

    I love this WSS. It is in Lynwood, which is a drive for us, but we go to this one because of their great customer service. We were there on March 4, 2018 and were helped by a great employee named Esmerelda. I think she could see I was having a few issues trying to get my special needs grandson to be still for shoe fitting. She came up to us and just started helping, finding shoes, getting them on my grandson, talking to him, keeping him busy, and just being a great support. Because different makes of shoes can be oddly sized, we ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes, in different sizes. They fit him perfectly with just a little room to grow. I would not have been able to get through this without her help. The selection is great and the place is spotless and organized. Parking is a breeze on their lot. You are greeted as soon as you walk in. Now, that is nice. Check out was great. Esmerelda got the shoes together and helped us pick socks while I was in line. To keep my grandson occupied she showed him a ball, which we ended up buying. At check out, our shoes were checked again by the cashier (#012020 5:02:57pm) and he asked if we needed anything else and wished us well. What a great experience.

    I am a mother of 4 and I am always looking for ways to save and I saw they have a $10 off coupon code on here. When I asked the guy cashier if I could use it he said he wasn't sure and he asked the manager aNd he said oh no we don't take codes other than the WSS website. The guy was very helpful and said he would try it anyways. And he was able to save me $20 with 2 separate transactions I left a happy costumer.

    I got a good deal for some new sneakers to use for everyday use.

    Make sure they honor there sale promotions. They seem not to care about over charging you.

    I visited this store and asked if they offered a military discount--a small gesture of appreciation…read morethat many patriotic businesses choose to offer. The owner replied, "We do not discriminate." That response wasn't just dismissive--it was offensive. Offering a military discount isn't discrimination. It's a sign of respect for the men and women who've risked--and in many cases, given--their lives for this country. Equating gratitude with discrimination shows a serious lack of awareness, and quite frankly, a lack of respect. What made it even more disappointing is that this store is located in a community where many military families live. These are the parents, spouses, and children who support service members from the home front--often enduring long deployments, uncertainty, and sacrifice themselves. To respond that way in a place so connected to the military is not just tone-deaf--it's disrespectful to the very backbone of this community. If I could give zero stars, I would. This business doesn't deserve even one for the way it treats the very people who make it possible for all of us to live and work freely. Of course, every business has the right to decide its own policies--but customers have the right to support businesses that reflect their values. I won't be returning here, and I hope others who understand the true meaning of service, honor, and sacrifice will choose to spend their money elsewhere.

We didn't know they made shirt sleeve. He bought a few nice dress shirts with embroidery. A young guy waited on us the entire visit. He would search for the sizes which were high to reach. He was very helpful and patient. It ended up being 800 bucks. The prices were on the high side. But, it had all the old school lowrider style clothes from my dad's young days. He loved everything. It was worth finding things he loves.

    I hate to leave this review. I've been going to this store for almost 2 decades and I've never had…read morean issue. The guys there are pretty chill. Shoutout to Peter! Great guy. However, I walked in the store today to do an exchange for an item I had purchased 2 weeks ago and that all changed. I bought 2 coolant gallons due to a water pump replacement and I only ended up needing 1. It was sealed, never opened. I misplaced the receipt but I did pay with my credit card and it was purchased with a water pump so my phone number was given for the transaction. FRANCISCO "looked" for the transaction and he was quick to say that it wasn't there. I didn't even want the money back. I needed to get something else from the store. He claimed that I would have to wait until tomorrow because his manager wasn't there. It was obvious that he simply didn't want to do it. I have lost my receipts in other occasions and I've never had to go through this with anyone else. I don't waste time or energy, especially on a guy like him. I drove to another nearby O'reillys and they quickly found my receipt and took care of me. MANAGEMENT should have this guy working in the back because it's clear that he can't handle customer service properly. I can say my store, a loyal customer for so many years, thousands of dollars, close to home, and I had to go through this inconvenience.

This store has both, and the fact that they store receipts with your phone number and the superior return process when something doesn't fit my car or really even if I just didn't want it as much as I thought I did - has secured my loyalty to THIS brand, particularly this location for all of my auto parts needs. It's worth the extra few bucks to have that better shopping experience and peace of mind. P.S. AutoZone can suck it, y'all know what you did.
