I recently ordered this Metallica shirt from them, I just seen the front print and I thought it was tuff asl. But then I turned it around and seen that goofy ass print it made me regret my purchase!!! Now I know why they didn't include pictures of the back!!! WHAT IS THIS!!!!!! Shit looks dumb asf

Great people and they always have a great selection of vintage clothing and shoes. Their research at night events are awesome with good food, clothes, and good times. Highly recommend checking them out.

It's a decent size parking lot. Nick is a pretty cool dude and very welcoming. It feels like a home away from home. You might find something you weren't looking for. I am very disturbed by the incident I witnessed at the Research Vintage Night Market last night. First time there and I saw a very young middle schooler being harassed and accused of stealing in such a very unprofessional, public manner by staff from this store, that makes me never want to come back or shop here again. These events have a hired security team, but it seems the staff were more intent on picking on this young person in public and kicking them out of the event, perhaps to make a point to others, than in investigating what appeared to be a ludicrous accusation (for example, the young person was being told to show them their bag, because clearly a t-shirt can easily fit into a tiny, hand-sized purse, please). No young person should be bullied in this manner to the point of tears. This is clearly en event geared at young people. No young person should be criminalized and humiliated like that; be better. read more

My go to vintage store. Has a large amount of tees that range from Harley Davidson to baseball tees or jerseys. Clothing has a lot more range for larger sizes but you can definitely find something that's for you. Found these vintage levi jeans for cheap. Best cop in a while. read more

You this shop is definitely pretty dope love there setup love there space and even how they do the Downey fleamarkets even the trade wars in there store. Gotta check these good people out man. I swear you can't go wrong. You might even see me in there one day doing some trades or just looking at there Racks. Really horrible "business"! I came in on a Thursday around 5 pm which is supposed to be open according to their business hours. First of all, How do you have a sign with business hours that you don't even go by. Second of all I try contacting them over the phone the have on their Instagram...NO ANSWER, phone was disconnected . 3rd of all they have a "website" on their instagram that isn't even up yet (doesn't exist). I drove all the way from Torrance for this inconvenience. Very upset, maybe showing up on "closed" days it'll be open. Since they seem to not follow their own business hours. GOOD LUCK... read more

This Shop is awesome ! they throw events once a month and always provide food and drinks. All their items are rare FINDS ! all great prices and dope customer service. Every time i shop at research i find something exclusive for a great price ! idk what Hugh H. is talking about but he must of been having a bad day or it must of been really hot that day for his clown opinion. This vintage shop is cool. They have a classic Mercedes inside which was neat to look at. The vintage clothes was mostly sportswear and some streetwear. They had some classic auto racing stuff too which I like. Only thing is I wish the store was filled up a bit more. It looks a bit unoccupied. A couple days later I dropped four bags of items off for her to look at her son who was working at the time. Left my name and number on a notepad and left. Went in two days later in the afternoon to pick up items she wasn't interested in. I then noticed my items hanging on racks with price tags. I then told her I'm here about my items I dropped off. She then said she had No idea what I was talking about. I was shocked..... she then asked me for an itemized list of items I dropped off...I was In complete SHOCK!!! I ask if she did inventory??? I started to take my items off the rack and she CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. She told them I was yelling and stealing items off her racks. Lies. I took my items and sat on the bench in front of the store waiting for the police. I asked them to check the cameras which apparently don't work. She told the police to let me have the items I took with me. It's been Almost two weeks later and I'm waiting for the rest of my items??? This is NOT good business. She could have been friendly and worked with me. Horrible. My loss at least $300 in merchandise some with tags

I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the recent experience my child and her friends had at Research Vintage's Night Market! My child and her friends, who are middle schoolers, were accused of stealing by Nick and others, which is not only false but also deeply upsetting. First and foremost, my child is not a thief, and such baseless accusations are unacceptable. As a parent, I teach my child the values of honesty and integrity, and it is incredibly hurtful to see them wrongly accused. Instead of handling the situation discreetly and professionally, the staff chose to publicly accuse my child and her friends, causing embarrassment and distress. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the establishment. I urge Research Vintage to review its policies and training procedures regarding customer interactions and accusations. No customer, let alone a child, should be subjected to such treatment. I expect an apology from Research Vintage and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone!! I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Research Vintage to reevaluate its practices and prioritize customer respect and dignity. read more
