I am handicapped I took 45 minutes choosing my stuff for two transactions the first one was going to be 35.24 I had a hundred dollar bill and none of the registers had change they could not go get change in the back I had to leave my stuff and my 10.00 coupon went away I left crying horrible experience!!! read more

Came strictly for the fragrance boosters, and as you can see, they had a vast selection. A little bit on the pricey side, but they smelled so good it's worth it! Also love the rainbow vibes they had going on, very eye catching. Friendly staff, very clean store AND well stocked. Definitely recommend. read more

The gentleman who greeted me at the door was very polite and helpful. he was very knowledgeable on what sales was going on and his recommendations perfect for this occasion. Nevertheless the cashier Tazzy was horrible. I communicated what I needed (gift receipts and all) I also informed her what the gentleman has stated to me buy three items get get one free. I also told her I was new to this store app. Her mannerisms or rule she didn't know how to give me what I needed the receipts. She had to ask her coworkers numerous of her coworkers are busy so my time at the cashier was very long. She did not scan the items I selected as my free item. she had to ask her friends to help her correct it. Agree with another reviewer that the staffs are just talking to each other not helpfull. I just like the location because of parking. Near walmart and daiso. I received a broken pillow mist and went to exchange but instead the staff said they can just give $5 store credit since its on sale that day. I went in to buy something with a gift card that I had forgot I had, I didn't scratch the back or anything it was still in a little package. So I go to the register, and I asked do I need to scratch the back? I WAS ASKING THE CASHIER TO PERFORM A SERVICE FOR ME, it was a question. She said yes; and I proceed to scratch the back... then I heard her tell her co worker I can not scratch and SHOWED HER HAIR "newly done" acrylic nails.. and the other rude cashier said "oh yeah no girl"... I didn't even think they were talking about my situation until I walked out. Talk about lack of work ethic and manners. This is a much, much friendlier and organized B&BW compared to the one at the Stonewood Mall. Just saying. I was here a little after 6PM on $10.25 3-wick candle day - December 4, 2021. Greeted by a nice young lady who explained to us all waiting to inside (due to COVID restrictions) that if they didn't have what we wanted in stock to just go ahead and by a candle and exchange it later. You know how you can tell someone is smiling even behind a face mask - you can tell by looking at their eyes. Employees smile here. And ask you if you need assistance. Good place for soap body wash's and fragrances that are a bit pricey but I guess you have to make money, just glad they had a buy 3 get 3 free sale. The first time coming here and the manager isn't very friendly. I grabbed a cucumber melon candle, and they ended up refusing to sell it to me. It was already in the bag and everything. I guess the price it was ringing up was not correct. The only reason they noticed was because I asked the cashier if I could grab another one. She called the manager and all she said was the product was not supposed to be on the floor. They told someone on the radio to go and remove them from the floor. No apology or reason other than the price being the reason they couldn't sell it. The manager didn't even look at me or address me. No customer service at all from a "manager". read more

Are used to be a mystery shopper, so believe me, I know mediocre service, good service, and excellent service. One would not expect to encounter excellent service at a Bath and Bodyworks at 5 o'clock in the evening a week away from Christmas in a store jampacked with customers asking questions, grabbing last minute bargains. Many many of these customers are short tempered and have extremely high expectations, and very demanding. In the midst of this chaos I found many pleasant associates but two stuck out as so very personable that I had to write a review. Darting throughout the store going from customer to customer was a blonde female with the most upbeat personality. She was greeting customers, helping customers with their needs and even announcing the specials going on. Then there was Giselle. she was my cashier and was so sweet and attentive ringing up a huge order of candles and hand soap when I realized I needed separate receipts. I thought, ok she will not be happy and I told her to please return my entire order and re-ring it up piece by piece. There was no hesitation, no sour face, no drop of pleasantness at all. She did as I asked and continued with asking me about my Christmas. She was the most patient and kind and hardworking associate I had encountered in a long long time. I would like to give kudos to the smart person who hired her. I will definayely be back!!! read more

Typically I try to avoid shopping within this city maybe it's me but I stopped by here since I was stopping by the store next door, wasn't greeted, three of their employees standing at the entrance were too busy talking among themselves. There was a customer needing assistance and they wouldn't acknowledge her. I had gone in quickly for their candles, which there wasn't much to choose from, but one of their employees just walked by instead of offering a basket after she seen i had 4 and struggling. Store wasn't even busy there with only 4 people including myself. Only friendly person was the cashier.
