But it was an easy transition they allowed me to go multiple times to exchange the shoes and ordered and shipped the correct size to my house free of charge . I would like to thank the store manager Jonathan . For leading by example and showing that wss cares about the customer or sales. WSS confirmed my order, took the money out of my bank account and sent the order to this store for pick up since it was said this store had the shipment available for pick up. I got 3 confirmation emails and emails saying my order was ready for pick up. When I get to the store, the employee said she was having a hard time fining my order and asked for assistance from other staff. I showed proof of confirmation and all the emails they had sent & even saw my item behind the counter. It was frustrating but I understood with it being the holidays. Everything got worse once they called the manager, Irene. Irene did not come to speak to me first and instead spoke about me to the coworkers and asked "is she even in the right store? Did she even pay for the item?". She then came to me with an attitude saying she had no idea where my order was and had no explanation for why it's not there. When I pointed to the merchandise behind the counter she said those weren't for me. I told her how unfair it was that other people had their merchandise ready for pick up and mine was nowhere to be found even though it was paid for, confirmed, and "ready for pick up". All she kept saying was that she had no idea what to tell me and kept insisting to buy a different item or get a refund. I told her I didn't want any of those options & wanted the item I had already purchased. She was NO help and made the situation worse. I left the store with no item, a lousy discount for wasting my time, and no Christmas gift for my dad. Thanks a lot WSS

When I got to the cashier, Jaylene asked what I needed help with, and I explained the situation. She told me I could not receive a gift card and that the only option was a return, which would send the money back to the original purchaser. Another employee, who was helping a different customer, stepped in and correctly explained that I was able to receive a gift card since I had the gift receipt. Despite this, Jaylene said no and insisted it wasn't possible. She was very rude throughout the interaction and spoke as if she knew more than everyone else, even though she was incorrect about a basic store policy. She eventually did process the gift card. I want to thank the other employee who actually knew the policy and helped fix the situation. Customer service like this made a simple exchange annoying to go through.

I went down every single aisle and every other DSW I've been to has a little black placard that says available and wide with. Not one of their heels or sandals had this display. I was not about to spend my time going through every single shoe to find a wide with shoe or heel that I needed. Very disappointed in this since DSW is one of the few places you can get White Whitfield. I really hope that the staff here makes it easier for shoppers to find what they're looking for without having to waste all the time to find out ourselves if they have wide width or not.

The DSW employee told me it's due to the tariffs. Customer service wasn't bad, but it certainly was great. They were there if you could catch them, lol.

As soon as we entered this WSS we felt very welcome.A very nice and helpful man named Luis Martinez…read moreasked us if we needed any help finding a size, and he didn't have to do that .I say this because he could have just been very rude and careless .But Luis was just different.he actually cared about helping us , and I never felt like he was just doing his job.Instead he made us feel welcome and at peace.So since he asked us if we needed help finding a size we told him we needed a 6.5 size in white Air forces.He looked everywhere and then told us he swore he saw that size .But he still went out of his way to try and find the size at another store.But he still wouldn't give up.His co-worker told him maybe in the back of the store(because they have to put them there because they have no other space to put them).He the found the size of my shoes.We went to the cashier after thanking him, and he told me"Lucky u , I wish I would have gotten 2 pairs of shoes when I was little" ( I checked out with 2 pairs of shoes).I then replied to him by saying that, " It is because my birthday is coming up soon" , and as I said earlier he cared .Because he cared he asked me " really?
