So everyone knows they don't close at 8:00 they close at 7:00 it's so annoying to drive and store being closed need to update your hours so people don't waist their time. read more

Very unfortunate that I have to do this but Torrid has failed to care for their customers at this particular location! I understand with COVID 19 and the policies to have order within the store however I had to wait almost an hour outside in the heat (OCTOBER 04,2020 with a high of 93 degrees) just to make a online return! Apparently this location is only able to have 10 people inside ( let the attachments show no limit advising customers of the policy)! The only thing saw outside the window with the #10 was the sizes they range from !!! See attachment!!! With only one cashier cashing out these (so call 10 people with family members) ! And to add to this I had to make another line inside the store to return my items ! This was BS ! Had to speak with Suzy the "Manager", let me just say she wasn't managing anything! There was absolutely no social distancing when it came to making purchases within the store! I'm appalled with the actions and store handling these associates blamed everything on management ! On top of this an elderly lady couldn't escape the heat herself while waiting in line after speaking to the manager asking if they could let her in due to her age and cane ! Next stop corporate !!! The worst experience during Covid ! I've never dealt with anything like this in customer service! read more

I was nervous to come here because of the reviews and it is 30 minutes from me but when looking online, I saw they had the shoes I wanted in stock. I left the store not too long ago and I had a very pleasant experience. I was helped when styling a jacket and picking up what I had on hold was a breeze. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean store. The bathing suit I purchased for over $100 is garbage after only 2 months! Smh it's completely lost it's shape and it's color. Guess if ur going to buy this it better be for a beach or lake. Not good for pools! read more

Writing this review immediately after leaving the store. The reviews on here did not reflect my experience so I had to share mine. I was helped by Karen at the register and another lovely lady who's name I neglected to ask for. I'm big on parking so I love this location because it isn't in a mall. You can literally just park and walk into the store. I can't emphasize enough how kind the staff was to me and everyone else in the store. I'm only not giving 5 stars because the way my heart was broken every time I fell in love with an item only to find very few in my size. On the plus side I guess that saved me some many read more

Darria OMG she is the perfect example of above and beyond. She literally went out of her way to make sure I had my shoes. Warehouse made a mistake and send out a 8.5 box and bag but the shoes where a 6.5 they told her there was nothing they could do.
